This is my third stay at Artotel. The hotel is very well situated, within a few minutes cab ride from Plaza and Grand Indonesia malls (without traffic jam). The staff were courteous and the rooms were well maintained. All these for S$75 a night including taxes, what great value.

Love at first sight for us. It is ideal for young travelers on a budget. Clean, has all the necessities survive through a day , brilliant breakfast. Everything you need while traveling through places. The no sandals rule at the bar can be waived easily and should not be taken seriously. Do not expect a view as it is in the centre of the city. What view does one expect??? People complain for no reason whatsoever! The artwork is mental and you can spend time staring at the different pieces of art strewn around the hotel. Our room had Tim Burtonesque paintings the photos of whicb have been uploaded for reference. Do not think twice about booking at this hotel, it meets your needs "for which youve paid a small amount for " to the T.

Better bring your own mosquito repellent in case you are planning to come here.

Nice food OK place.

But the place is full of Mosquitos you can't spend more then 30 minutes here.

Staff is having terrible attitude, one of my friend asked for a mosquito repellent cream and staff replied they don't have any and my friend better go and shower...terrible.. Terrible.... " they don't know my friend is a TV reporter "

Highly NOT recommended and will never come back to this place again...

Better take a shot to avoid malaria before coming here ...

As humble as it may seems from the outside, As you walk into the lobby, the atmosphere turns into wow. You'll feel hip, and like you're attending this super cool art event. Modern yet fresh is the word with the art installation in the lobby area and nice area of breakfast (various food selection, and i believe there's also traditional selection, gado-gado if i remember correctly). The room itself is standard, clean with enough space to move around with big window for airflow. Bathroom has nice layout. The only trouble with my stay was the air-con was noisy and the soundproof was not too good as i can hear sound of kids running in the hallway and ppl laughing next door. Overall, good stay.

Room tip: Get the suite type to get full experience of the hotel artistic design.

I stayed here on business, but really enjoyed ,y stay. The team at the hotel were great, the room was small but great and the restuarant was good.
The event that was held at the Hotel was well organized and ran smoothly, with the team at the hotel making sure that everything ran smoothly.
Very happy with this hotel.
