While the artsy deco tries hard to be trendy and the location is great, there is actually nothing spectacular about the hotel. It's a three star hotel after all, so amenities are limited to standard of shampoo, and shower gel, body lotion excluded. Service was okay, and it was good that valet parking was free. Bar At the Roof Top (BART) was rather pretentious in our opinion, we had a much jollier time at Pisa Cafe across the street with live band that night. On that Sunday morning, the meeting room near the breakfast area was used for a church service, the blaring sound could be heard in our bathroom on the second floor. There was also a construction site adjacent to the hotel on its east side. The workers started working at 8 am on Sunday!! Try to get a room on the west side, for quieter sleep.

Spa services are limited as its a new hotel. but if you manage to get one its very worthwhile. good bar upstairs and tasty breakfast. Very helpful staff and they speak good english they can arrange transport and willing to tell the taxi driver exact location so as to prevent confusion.

I stay at 4th floor on 1st of May. My first time to stay in this hotel and Wowed with the design as well as the ambience.

The room was sooo good. The pillow is good as well as the bed. The room was small but totally different with other hotel I've been stayed in. I love the amenities, the package was so cute :) . It has also Nescafe dolce gusto in the room and got 2 coffee along.

I tried its BART and the view was so amazing. It was on Public Holiday, so it was not so crowded.

We decided to have supper in the restuarant after that, a bit upset due to the food was taking too long to be served but, the taste was good anyway.

Have a breakfast before check out and it was also good! The staff was so friendly and attentive, like the genuinely love to assist you. They also have Jamu near to salad bar and right away ask for Beras Kencur :)

I definitely will come back with my hubby in future, good location, ambience, design and friendly staff.

Stayed only one night with girl friends. Booked two studio 20 (smallest room).

The concept, ambience, deco and services was great. Breakfast adequate and pastries so yummy. One of the waiter did asked our comment on the breakfast buffet and the kitchen team take our comment seriously with immediate action. The Jamu stall is nice and authentic.

The room is average with mural on the wall. No mini bar for studio 20 and we cant find hair dryer. Inconsistent hot shower, usually too hot. Amenities provided. The cement floor very cold but they provided slipper. My duvet cover teared off and my toes get into the duvet few times. Bed quality and pillow is average. The room a bit dim due to minimal
Lighting. Lack of sound proofing.

Theres on going contruction next door and the works stop only around 10pm.

Overall, the room is nice and its worth for the amout paid ( with current price).
