This apartment hotel was located in an inner residential area of Aix within a 15 minute walk from the centre. The room was well-equipped and the outside pool was heated. Breakfast was substantial and good value. Secure, off-street parking was available. Good value.

Very close to train station (the Aix station NOT the TGV station) about 5 minutes walk. Clean grounds, clean rooms, fresh towels daily. my one complaint was we stayed 5 days and 5 nights and our sheets only got changed on day 4.
Very helpful receptionists. most spoke English so easy to communicate. quite a walk from the main attractions, but not too terrible.Very sizable balcony to lounge and eat breakfast or enjoy the sunset. fridge, dishwasher, utensils, crockery all available.
The bathroom/shower stall was pretty small - so beware. I am an average to small sized individual and even i found it challenging moving around in the shower stall.
Also note that the double room is 2 twin beds pushed together to form one Double/Queen bed. Sometimes, the beds shifted apart creating a gap in the middle.

The location of the hotel was excellent - about a 5 minute walk to the Cours Mirabeau. It is set in a quiet neighbourhood although the short walk to the centre isn't the most appealing on the south side of the street (dirty and lots of construction)! The room itself suited us fine in terms of size. We didn't make use of the cooking facilities apart from boiling water but it was nice to have the option. Having a secure parking lot was helpful for us and t was relatively inexpensive (around 10 euros a day).

The hallways stunk of a combination of stale smoke and cleaner. The bathroom needed some updating - the ceiling of the shower was peeling. We experienced another strange yet familiar thing - the toilet and shower are in separate rooms and in the case of our room they were across the way from each other. Just something to get used to!

The service was friendly and helpful however the room itself was small, the bathroom in particular. This is a good option if you want a functional hotel with facilities (pool, parking etc). Great for families but lacks in charm if you're looking for a romantic getaway.

Stayed for 2 nights in this lovely hotel which was 10-15 minutes walk into Aix. 5 minutes walk to the bus station, superb location. Hotel has lots of facilities including a pool area which is really relaxing and does not get to busy. Room was spacious and had everything we needed - fridge, microwave, kettle. Really clean room. Nice breakfast also with good continental selection. We only had a problem checking in as the hotel had no details of our booking, despite having confirmation documents. A room was found for us quickly though.
