This is a really special place away from it all. Very rural, stunning views. A proper working farm with a relaxed friendly welcome.
Our lodge, Kingfisher, had everything we needed and was very spacious ( and excellent value), and had had a very pleasing refurb since our first visit in 2011.
We enjoyed the fishing, hot tub and games room. There are also plenty of places to visit and to eat and drink within a short drive.
If you like to get away from it all, to slow down, and to live without your mobile phone glued to your ear for the week ( very patchy signal) then this is the place. Would revisit again in a heart beat.

Stayed in Woodpecker lodge, very spacious and well equipped.
Location was excellent and Diane and her family are so welcoming and helpfull.
Children loved the fishing pools and games room.
Just wish we had booked longer than one week.
Will definatley be back next year.
If you get the chance visit Shellesy Walsh race track when there is an event on , it is so close to Pilands Farm.

I have just shared a fantastic wedding weekend in Worcestershire with 11 members of my family. We needed somewhere near to the wedding venue where we could all be together and where we could give my son a proper send off. The fantastic views from Kingfisher Lodge made a perfect backdrop to the Groom's photos. It was a lovely day.
The accomodation was perfect; warm and comfortable and spacious enough for us all to get together in the evening, it had everything we needed. My sisters stayed in two of the bungalows, so it was lovely to be able to stroll over and have some family time together while watching the buzzards flying above the woods across the valley. We all loved it and would like to go back one day.
