Larger rooms than most of the hotels i stayed in Japan. Very comfortable bed. And a complimentary drink is nice too. We ordered chicken teriyaki and it was really great!! Theres a lot of restaurants nearby too.

Spacious by Japanese standards, the rooms were clean nonetheless. Subway tunnel was just outside (so long as you remember your tunnel number, you'll have no trouble finding your way back). My only gripe would be the lack of a heater. If you're not used to winter, it's a freezing room as the walls are not insulated at all (earthquake-proof, non-concrete walls). While it's supposedly a 4-star, I think it's 3 at most. No buffet breakfast, just a basic set menu choice (Western/Japanese). But otherwise convenient location as all the restaurants and 7-11s are just around the corner. Plenty of affordable ramen shops all around.
I booked this hotel with www.hotelberry.com , very cheap than book directly to the hotel.
This hotel is good location. All the staff are very helpful.
It's closed to station. Easy to go shopping ikebukuro area.
Very good.
I made reservation at discounted rate on their website without confirmation received. When sending email inquiry, there's no reply at all. I have been to Tokyo for few times, but first time chose to stay this hotel.
The day I arrived was ranining, due to language barrier, they were not able to check my previous booking. Staff in reception was nice but English standard was poor. Finally, they still offered me a nice room with online discounted rate.
Room was nice, at least spacious when comparing w/ other hotel rooms in Tokyo. Price was reasonable, stylish room (but tiny washroom) and breakfast was excellent.
Location is accessable, just walk along the tunnel in train station. There's convenience store near the station exit and open til 10 sth, you can grab some food or snack b4 back to the hotel.
The hotel is just fully renovated, except the bathroom. The rooms are of new styles, and large in size. Location is OK, 2 mins to subway exit, but about 10 mins actually reach the train. We have booked a large corner room, so the view is better, can see the street. There's a free internet PC at lobby, very convenient. However, the staff knows little English.
Clean, small rooms steps from the Ikebukuro metro station. Not the most ideal location for us as tourists, but the price was right and the subway was easy. The staff was extremely helpful and bent over backwards to help us. They recommended a fabulous noodle place a block away. The beds are very comfortable. Not the most ideal hotel for families given they do not offer connecting rooms. The best part of the stay was the complimentary breakfast. Guests choose western (omelet) or Japanese. The western was just OK according to our kids, but the Japanese was fabulous. It was a lot of food, small servings of about a dozen items. It will give any foodie a little thrill to start the day.
