Our driver from Naples to Sorrento recommended and it did not disappoint! They had a driver pick us up at our hotel in Sorrento. As soon as we we seated Mimmo was amazing! We were traveling with our 4 year old and he was so...nice to bring her dish first, while recommending us a great bottle of wine that was from a local vineyard. mama’s fresh meatballs were amazing and the lemon ravioli and clams were unbelievably delicious. We were lucky there was live music that night and made the experience over the top! We will definitely be back!!More

1st off it was a little out of the way and though it was highly recommended I was wondering why did We pass so many places to go here? As soon as we sat down and we’re given menus and the owner Mimmo started to...explain appetizer special (Calamari) I know then and there why we came here! We never opened the menu because he explained the specials of the day so passionately that I knew from being in the restaurant business for over 30 years- this was going to be the culinary experience of our lives. Trust me not easily done. The wine suggestion was perfectly paired with the freshest tasting fried Calamari we have ever tasted. Followed up by the shrimp with spaghetti and the ravioli in tomato sauce that I still can’t stop thinking about. This meal was beyond perfection and may be the greatest meal of my lifetime (and it was my Birthday no less)! To top it all off (if that wasn’t enough) he suggested Mommas chocolate cherry cake which in itself was a culinary masterpiece! Thank you for making this the best Birthday ever!More

Great food. Lovely ambiance. Attentive staff. This was probably the finest dining experience we had in Sant'Agata ( as Don Alfonso was sadly closed) so it was nice to have something a little bit finer in the town but to be fair, I thought all...the eateries in Sant'Agata were great - simple and away from the tourist trial. Just good Italian food!More

We dined at Lo Stuzzichino while visiting Sorrento. Probably the best meal we had during our 3 weeks in Italy! The restaurant even picked us up at our B&B because we didn't have a car. Great food, great service, family-run. We enjoyed who we assumed...to be the grandmother with her arms crossed on the kitchen counter staring at all the customers. Our favorite dishes were Mom Filomena's meatballs, the ravioli with lemon and clams and for dessert the rum baba. Heaven. It's a drive from Sorrento but worth the effort!More

I loved everything about this restaurant. From the off, the welcome was nice, with staff making us almost feel important, whilst showing us to our table. Once seated, we were almost immediately asked if we wanted drinks, which came very quickly. The table service was...first class, striking the absolute best balance they could in terms of when to attend. I was there with my wife and 7 year old son. The staff were great with my boy, making him also feel very welcome and comfortable. I also loved that the menu didn’t contain lots to choose from. I had 3 courses; starter: The Meatballs, Main: Spaghetti Pomordorini, Dessert: Fruits of the Forest Cheesecake. Now if you know your food, you’ll just get this place. The quality of the produce is excellent, it is cooked amazingly, and seasoned to perfection bringing all the amazing flavours out. I highly recommend this place, and it’s not hard to see why Michelin chose to award it. Would love to come back one day.More

Mimmo made our 10-year anniversary dinner so special. His passion for amazing food and family radiates. When I told him how much I loved Fabrizio de Andre, he pulled up a live version of Bocca di Rosa on his phone and left it on our...table until its conclusion. So special. This was the best meal in the Sorrento area for us. The vegetable minestrone was world-class. You must try their delizia al limon. It's made to perfection. We'll definitely be back.More

We had a really good meal at this restaurant and definitely the best we came across in Sorrento. We both enjoyed our three courses and the local (red) wine by the glass was by far the best “house” wine we encountered, and all at a...reasonable price, The service was good too and the live music was a bonus (not always the case as far as I’m concerned!). It’s twenty mins by car or bus from Sorrento but can highly recommend it if you’re at or near the village of St Agata.More

We were a group of 7 people on a family trip to Amalfi coast. Stationed in Sant'Agata and making daily trips in this beautiful area ,we had the chance to eat at Lo Stuzzichino 3 times in 5 days .We tried almost all their dishes...,Pasta ,antipasti ,fish ,meat and found all very good to excellent . I have been to many areas in Italy and have to good restaurants serving excellent Italian food ,but most of them at higher prices . I give this restaurant the best quality price ratio . N.B: if you like to finish your dinner with a lemon sorbet like i do ,Lo Stuzzichino serves the best lemon sorbet i ever tasted in Italy .More

Reasonable for area, quality, and setting. This is fine dining, you can go elsewhere for less expense. Having said that approximately 38 euro per person for food without tip, tax, and drinks.
