Terrible, I order a medium rare bone in ribeye and it came out rare and no sear. My friends ordered a steak medium well and it came out dry with no flavor.

This is actually for a carry out order. There were two (2) steaks ordered, A 16oz. Ft. Worth Ribeye & an 8oz. Dallas Filet, along with other items. Everything was as ordered - BUT- the ribeye was tough & both cuts of meat loaded with...gristle! The family member picking the food up had to wait beyond the selected pick up time for the food (which was OK), but even having to wait a little extra pick up time, the food was cool with just a ten (10) minute travel to get home. The fried pickles ordered were cols & like rubber. Not very pleased to say the least!!!More
Sunday afternoon. Pee in front of the urinal. Roadhouse just can’t cook steaks right! Why not use a probe to check temp? Wife’s still waiting on her steak to come back. I’ve been done eating half an hour! At least the manager gave her a...free meal. Same thing happened in Augusta.More
Got charged for Ziosk game and didn’t see it tell i got home.We just look to see if we had to order online and it was a game on the screen.Just looked at it and turn it back to its place
First time reviewed, but I've eaten at a Texas Roadhouses in Virginia, Jacksonville and Columbia. The experience was always excellent. The food is invariably good, the service is invariably good. The prices are extremely moderate.
Avoid this restaurant at all costs. The food took 1.5 hours to come out of the kitchen and when received the steak was cold and blue. The steaks that are on. display are not the same as what is served. Served Caesar salad without croutons....The food took so long that everyone at the table simply asked that all the food be taken to go. After asking that the steak be cooked, the server brought the checks prior to fixing the order and the correct food was never received. Offering a future voucher does not compensate for them ruining the dining experience.More
This place has definitely changed, for the worse! First of all, all the bar tables are closed....really? Then they put you in a table in between families but you cant sit in that booth. When you order dont order a salad or you will feel...a sort of Montezumas revenge. Overpriced and underserved. This place has turned ghetto.More
Great meal and great service. Thanks Bobby for a wonderful experience. First time in this Road House, we’ll be back. Got there right at three for the old peoples’ blue plate special - wasn’t just us oldies…. Bobby had the bar by himself but handled...it like a pro. They got us in and seated quickly. Very very pleasantly surprised by the service etc. Road House has done it right for a long time. Even under this horrific economy, low employment etc they’ve managed to keep quality people. Food was great - Dallas cut, mine with onions and mushrooms, wife’s with shrimp. Wife’s side salad and mash was great, my double of broccoli cooked just right.Bobby had me a beer when I needed it. Thanks for a great meal -More
Noisy, questionable service, and they ONLY give a military -veterans discount on ONE DAY a week. Unlike every TR we have eaten at. Having eaten at numerous TR while traveling this is the first that limited discount to one day a week.
We ordered a filet and a ribeye. The meat was over-cooked and tough. We didn't complain because they obviously had no quality control. We could tell it was over-cooked when the waitress put it on the table. Will not be back.
I go to this Texas Roadhouse for steaks and ribs and is a 5***** experience. I decided to order 2 burgers to go and the were totally messed up 1. Ordered med rare - got burnt well done Ordered lettuce and tomato - got lettuce...only 2 Ordered well done with cheese - got burnt with the cheese burnt black Ordered nothing else on it - got lettuce. Won't order burgers there again.More
We eat at Texas Road House (Two Notch Road) often, The food is always good, but last night we had to return the bread, because it wasn't brown. The ribs were charred black, burned absolutely black on one side. I have pictures of burnt ribs....My ceasar salad did not have croutons nor permesan cheese, I had to tell waitress to get it for me. My appetizer came out after I had started eating my chicken ceasar salad, I just took it home. Terrible service January 3, 2023.⁵More

These new Ziosk credit card machines do NOT tell you you will be charged for "Ziosk Premium Cont" (as shown on final bill). This cryptic expression is a cover for "games" that, while waiting for food, if you accidentally press on the screen, you will...be charged for -- $1.99. How many don't question "Ziosk Premium Cont", Texas? You're in on it, I know, probably get a buck out of each sucker each bill. Great food. Scammers' morals, though.More
