Ordered 2 milkshakes, one strawberry, one mini eggs. Very disappointed! Loads of ice and skimmed milk were used in it, making it taste weak and watery. The strawberry one was favoured with Crusha, and the mini egg one didn’t use Cadbury mini eggs, which is...what I was expecting.More

Today I purchased a bagel – it was quite nice. However, it came in three bags – a white one, one that was half plastic [so I could see the white one inside?] and a big, sturdy brown paper one. I also received eight napkins....One bagel, three bags, eight napkins – what a waste of material. I know how this business could save money!More

Uh oh 🤮 food poisoning! Not very well after my visit here! Over priced, and not very good food at all. Avoid like the plague

Just had the best bagel ever. Lets track back a little. I walk into the shop with a few mates after a mad one. I order a New Yorker Bagel. Now disaster strikes, my card isn't working. I'm trying my best don't know what to...do when a absolute blessing of a man says. "If your card ain't working you can pay another day mate". I'm ecstatic at this point, buzzing you could say. This however was not the outcome as a mate offered to pay for me. Either way this gentlemen of a man was so nice, luverly bloke. When my mate pays and my new Yorker bagel arrives I dig in. It was brill. Jesus Christ couldn't believe it. Thanks urban kitchen for a great experience. WHEYYYY UP THE VILLA :)More

Orribile place, I wouldn’t raccomand this place to none. I went with my partner and another couple, we order a drink and went to dance. After it my friends went to take another drink and it’s been denied by the bouncer. We ask why and...to talk to the manager. We never manage to talk to the manager but instead we been kicked out without any reason. I tried to talk to the bouncer but he just kept shouting on me to get out, he didn’t want to explain why we couldn’t drink considering that we were not drunk and was just the second drink my friends were ordering. The bouncer was a short guy with blond short hair pointing up. He is been really aggressive towards me( woman) but I was just trying to understand what was his problem. I think he didn’t like the fact that we are foreign. At the end we went out because he wouldn’t listen to anything but just shouting… Another thing is that we paid 5£ each at the entrance without receiving any receipt. So I’m wondering if this plaice is actually paying tax on the money that they are asking at the entrance. If you are in Reigate do somewhere else, you will definitely find more fun.More

A member of staff got our drink order wrong and when corrected, rolled her eyes and spoke back rudely to us. Bouncers are only happy if you’re a guy buying lots of drinks or a woman with your tits out. Was told to leave because...my friend was apparently too drunk even though several men were actually falling over and we were merely just enjoying our evening. As we were LEAVING the bouncers pushed my friend multiple times so hard she almost fell over. When I addressed them to stop, two of them picked me up like I was a doll and took me outside. I’m absolutely appalled and disgusted at the abuse, particularly when I know if it was a 6ft guy like the ones who were actually falling over drunk, they wouldn’t have picked them up like that. I have finger bruising on my arm from how hard they grabbed me. DO NOT GO HERE!More

The bar is very nice & music good. The ladies toilets are disgusting & really let the establishment down if they are trying to attract new guests. Both toilet seats were broken in the ladies toilets. Very dirty you had to move the seat in...order to actually have a wee. The loo roll rain out. As so few ladies toilets for amount of guests they need to regularly check them and clean them. When we arrived they closed one of the bars in the main dance room. The queue to get a drink was ridiculous so slow & maybe if they could serve women rather than the men first all the time. They do not have enough staff in dance floor bar & need to keep both bars open. The other bar in the piano room was better but why should customers have to walk into another room to get servedMore

Cocktails are premium priced drinks these days based on the experience of the mixologist and the quality of alcohol and mixers. There are no mixologists here, just bartenders. I watched premium cocktails costing £10 at a minimum being made with Gordon's gin and fruit juice...from cartons. The mixers used for gin costing £9 were Schweppes instead of the advertised Fever tree tonics. Number9 calls itself a piano bar that is the perfect place to relax for the more mature client. Please don't be fooled, it is not. There is a piano and a singer who is pleasent, but the volume of which the music is played through the speakers is deafening not relaxing. Between sets the speakers blast music from the early 2000s, which is great fun but not what I was expecting from something that calls itself a piano bar. The tickled ivory it is not and never will be. By 9.30pm it fills with local youths dressed like they are straight from TOWIE that are too drunk to care about the quality of their drinks or cocktails. There are plenty of nicer bars and pubs in Reigate that would be worth your time and moneyMore

Paid for food (£19) but it never arrived. When we ordered more drinks I enquired about the food as it hadnt arrived but later found that we'd been charged another £19 for the food we'd previously ordered. 50minutes after the second order (thinking we might...get at least one of the orders we'd paid for) we left No-one at the establishment was at all concerned that we hadn't reviewed the order we'd paid for. Definitely won't be returningMore

We have re-discovered this excellent venue during lockdown and it is now the highlight of our week. The take-out food and coffee is fantastic and the staff really friendly, accommodating and will even deliver to your car. The toasted flat wraps are highly recommended.

A lovely light place to share lunch with friends indoors and outside. Toilets might...still be shut though so don’t drink too much.....nearest loo in Morrisons.! Try their toastier or cakes yummy.More

This cafe is no longer called Urban Kitchen, it changed some months ago. It is a terrific little place. I really enjoyed my visit this week; they were super friendly and my Americano coffee was excellent. The Carrot cake was delicious and they had a...selection of other cakes to choose from also. You can select hot or cold food. There is seating, toilets and clean doggie drinking water available. My dogs adored the doggie ice cream! I will definitely be returning soon.More
