What an amazing place! The place is small and intimate, a bit more quiet atmosphere, dimmed lights. Food is delicious.

Was looking forward to visiting this restaurant but slightly disappointed. This is a small place about 10-12 tables. We are familiar with French cuisine both in US and in France. The menu is less French bistro and more Mid-high continental. My sesame salmon with rice...was OK. My daughters fois gras was tiny and veiny, the Caesar salad lacked anchovies. Service was abrupt and efficient. Desserts were very sweet. The wine by the glass was pedestrian.More
Krave never disappoints! We have been many times and the food is always delicious! I particularly recommend the salmon.
No reservation needed in January in tequesta. Won’t last long. In the old Evo spot. Great wine and food. The service is actually French
Excellent menu and food served piping hot. Small intimate dining, Staff and Owner very courteous. They go out of their way to please. French music piped in rest rooms. . I can't wait to go back!
Out of desperation for Christmas dinner, we found that the original restaurant we usually go to had over booked and there was at least a half hour wait. We decided to go elsewhere but found almost every place in town was closed. We came across...Krave Restaurant in Tequesta, FL that was open and was immediately seated in a semi-elegant atmosphere - just enough to hint we weren't going to get out of there with a heavy wallet. The waitress was very polite and pleasant (if you speak French). When we received the menu, there were limited items with entrees averaging $40.00, appetizers $20.00, and a glass of house wine $15.00 etc. This was clearly no Burger King. Having never dined at a French restaurant, the menu was, shall I say, challenging. So from the limited menu I ordered an entree for my mother that had the word "salmon" in the description, and I ordered an appetizer that had the word "vegetables". I didn't see anything on the menu that even closely resembled Burger and fries. Okay, look, this was authentic French cuisine and I had about the same trouble understanding the waitress as I did reading the menu. Note to self - I do not like the taste of French food (other than a loaf of French bread at the local supermarket deli section). My mother thought the food was delicious while I took two bites and at first thought this this was interesting but soon after realized that this was strange vegetables with shrimp tar-tar with some strange overpowering dressing, I decided to opt out and instead enjoyed the four tiny slices of strange bread they provided for the table. Four slices! So after a mere $70.00 tab, we returned home. Lesson learned. Please understand that I'm sure the food was of wonderful quality, it's just that if you enjoy frozen dinners, hamburgers and fries with a chocolate milk shake then this isn't the place for you.More
Limitted Menu and that is OK. But the execution of the dishes is always off and the kitchen cheats are apparent to anyone that actually cooks. Tonight we had the foie totally overcooked yet a very generous portion of 2 slices. Steak Au poivre completely...uneatable sent back as it was a salt bomb . Last time we eat there 2 people out of 6 sent back food. Dessert as ll the food sounded great- here was the cheating. Yellow cake (from a box) with caramelly pineapple and the coconut was talenti coconut Caribbean I buy it all the time. Really???? Speaking French isn't an excuse for serving food like this.More
Food and service were superb. A delightful experience that we will look forward to experiencing over and over again. We have found our new favorite boutique restaurant.
Food, service, restaurant appeal etc differ vastly across France. Krave offers the small, semi rural food offerings, service, atmosphere et.al. It has been 13 years we have enjoyed a wonderful French meal, service, atmosphere and oh have we missed locations like Krave. We will support...the owners; take visiting Euro friends to dine and cherish our moments. Eleven tables; corkage fee (BYOW welcomed); soft French background music with a feeling of a nice quiet personal dinner. Our choice to dine after liveing in Europe for 30 years. If you long for those warm memories, see you there and bring a red wine. We have ours...More
Great little understated french restaurant located in a quiet plaza. Loved the relaxed atmosphere and quiet setting with a bit of French music in the background. The service was very professional yet very friendly and efficient. Good selection of wine honestly priced. The food is...very good, simple, fresh and well prepared. Loved the tuna tartare; it was fresh, light and very tasty with a hint of cayenne...perfect appetizer. The fresh local catch of day was perfectly cooked served with tasty roasted vegetables...everything is reasonably priced.More
We went to Krave last night for Valentine’s Day. Delicious is an understatement. The food is so decadent . From start to finish , we enjoyed escargot, snapper, filet of beef and a chocolate lava cake with ice cream. Additionally, they bring you an amuse...bouche appetizer and a macaron with granita at the end . Personalized service , as well. It is tucked away in a strip mall, so you don’t have the atmosphere like some Jupiter restaurants. However , we sat outside and it was quiet and surprisingly peaceful. You will never feel crowded at all and that is a nice sentiment, especially in season in Jupiter.More
Simply put my thanks the our wonderful host Delphine & David Howuet. Thanks to them we experienced the finest Food / French Cusine within the Palm Beach County area. If you are a true foodie you will thoroughly enjoy Krave. What they lack in location...they more than make up for in the outstanding food presentation, preparation, and most of all the taste. Love this place will visit again, and again. Excellent for celebrating special events.More
This is one of the best restaurants in all of Palm Beach County. Food is always superb. Most flavorful pork shank I have ever eaten. My wife’s fish was perfectly done.
What an amazing restaurant hidden in plain sight! We cannot believe we had not been here since it became a French restaurant! We came for hubby’s birthday and were in heaven! We had the soup which was velvety and so delicious. The escargot were perfect....I had the duck and it was so tender and the mushrooms and sauce delicate and lovely. Hubby had an incredible filet that was just as tender. And the potatoes au gratin were awesome! And the best creme brulee ever!! Hands down, a fantastic meal! The owners are French and delightful! Delphine took exceptional care of us! We will be back soon!More
We had not visited here for about a year when we came here last Friday. The interior seating is different to allow for proper social distancing. We started with an excellent vegetable soup, which tasted of corn but it was so creamy that we loved...it. We each had wine by the glass, a lovely French red blend. For entrees I had the ribeye steak special which was seasoned perfectly, with bearnaise sauce. For a side, I had the potato au gratin, which was out of this world. The server/owner said that the potato is their most popular side. My wife had duck breast which was cooked perfectly with sauteed mushrooms. The bread and butter are always great. Another excellent evening and meal. we save it for a special occasion, but it appeared that other diners eat there more frequently. We continue to recommend it highly.More
