The food at this restaurant is really, really good! Every dish has amazing flavors. But if you want to eat here, it's better to book a table ahead of time because it's a popular spot, and getting a table without a reservation can be tough.

We have booked for breakfast based on good reviews by others. We were totally surprised at the reception we have two security rude guards, pushing customers out if they don’t have booking. When we entered we were meet by a lady at the reception, not...even smiling .. rude .. and she said go out and down stair .. remove you jacket if you want to enter .. we told her we have our belongings in our jacket .. like wallet.. she said no entry with jacket .. I’m surprised how customer accept such behavior and write good reviews.. Looking at the interior, it sounds dirty and not sanitized .. Personally, I will never spend money at a place where the client will not be treated with respect.More
Much worse than before The icon restaurant of Russian cuisine is no longer the same. Every year, visiting Moscow, I dine in this restaurant. Good Russian cuisine, delicious food. Today I was unpleasantly surprised by the changes. The dishes became much smaller, but worst of...all, the chef began to replace the ingredients. Magnificent Russian herring is served now in small plates, half filled with vegetables - cucumber, radish, bell pepper and... egg:) Maybe it's vinaigrette? :) 4 tiny pieces of potatoes are now not traditionally boiled, but boiled with peel and... fried. Almost homemade potatoes from MacDonalds :( Borsch is really liquid, the taste of smoked meats is still caught, but the exquisite aroma of quince has disappeared, it has been replaced... apple. Excuse me, sudari and sudarini, as it is customary to contact each other in this restaurant, it is “cheap and angry”! In general, the great Pushkin began to smack of a cafe.
Enjoyed traditional Russia favourites including Caviar and Blinis for breakfast. Service was flawless and along with the amazing restaurant delivered an exceptional dining experience.
Cafe Pushkin is a must when visiting Moscow! The presentation of each dish is beautiful, great menu with traditional Russian food. The decoration is so unique it has the library and the pharmacy area, both great. This place is definitely an experience!! Can’t wait to...be back!More

The most beautiful restaurant in the world. Top service, great food and unique interior. I look forward to visiting Moscow and the Pushkin Café again.

Atmosphere is awesome: old mansion in the city center, historical interiors (library, pharmacy areas are really worth your visit). There is also very old elevator - it’s so special and unusual to use it, it’s really cool. Menu is traditional Russian but in modern edition....Tasty and qualified dishes served excellent, I don’t know what I should recommend you because everything is superb! Staff is very polite and helpful, speaks old fashioned Russian which is very nice. By the way staff speaks English. Everything is on the high level.More

Was my first time to go after hearing about it…I honestly loved the place super romantic …the staff extremely friendly and professional and speak English…the taste of the food super yummy..ok maybe the quantity is not big for main course and I’d say a bit...expensive but come on it’s experience you must try…ok to finish all this I’ll go again and I recommend itMore

The restaurant has a great location in downtown Moscow. The thing worth mentioning is the service which was absolute best. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The interior, the menu written in old Russian as well as the way the waiters talk to customers...using old Russian expressions like "sudar" and "sudarynia" really adds to the overall experience. The food was okay.More

The restaurant is located in a very nice old house, very charming and probably the main reason to visit. The food is ok, but nothing special. I had tuna tartar, the tuna was mediocre and the truffle oil spoiled the whole taste. The duck was...ok, but the sides were bland. The pavlova was nothing special again- overall average food. Service: our waiter was very friendly and attentive. Unfortunately the manager spoiled the evening, because he was extremely rude and treated customers really bad. Overall not a great experience, yes the house is nice but average food and a rude manager - I will definitely not return and can’t recommend it.More

Been to Pushkin many times. Very friendly service, traditional food with unique names and great drinks. Mostly it's the service and the ambiance. A must!!!

Wow what a restaurant, the ambience the food and the service are all just wonderful. We tried the bone marrow dumplings beef and Russian tasting food all was perfect.

A Moscow establishment. Beautiful and authentic decor and ambience. Live music adds more elegance to the ambience. Friendly and attentive service. However, when it comes to food it needs serious improvement. Average at best.

The place is great and the staff were very nice. Only one comment, the door man is so weird and doesn’t even smile, he should be more welcoming
