During my trip to Florence, I stayed at a hotel just a minute's walk from this amazing food stand. The flavors were delightful and perfectly suited my palate. I enjoyed lampredotto two consecutive days. I strongly suggest giving this place a try.

Great taste. Never had anything like it before!! Highly recommended for authentic food, convenient and cheap! Great location also!
Very delicious and worth trying. The man makes it right in front of you where he cuts the cow's stomach to pieces then places it in this bread that is a bit dry where he scoops some of the juices of te stew into the...bread to soak up all the juices. In the end, he scoops some gremolata which gives it a sour, fresh, and salty finish when you bight into the sandwich. It is very cheap and the people working there are very nice people. You haven't gone to Florence if you did have lamprodotta from there.More
Really good experience very tasty local food Goes well with a Peroni Very cheap and filling and tasty I advise everyone a stop here unless you are a vegetarian :))
You have to try this if you visit Florence! It was one of the most delicious sandwiches I had in my life! It is definitely super tasty and it will easily replace a lunch meal.
We waited our turn then the younger man of the two working deliberately served the man behind us first. He then turned round and furiously cleaned a clean surface. The older man then served us. We spoke Italian but the younger man clearly didn’t like...tourists. The lampredotto was good but the rudeness was undeserved and obviously unpleasant.More

What a great little place to have some absolutely delicious tripe in a bun. The sauce, the spice, the meat, everything! Wow...just take some spare napkins - licking your fingers will not be enough!
Most of the comments are about "lampredotto" ( boiled sromach) for this place. If you have reserves about this, you can also try "bollito" (boiled beef, served hot) spicy or not. That is more familiar for most of us and it's tasty as well, with a...nice sandwich bread. You wellcome.More
You have to try this "forth cow stomach" sandwich. It's cheap and it's quite good. A simple florentine experience.
Ignored initially while others were served. Had to jump in quickly to get my order. The chef made up the sandwiches, then fairly shoved them into my hand with a grunt. The food was OK.
I'm sorry for what happened and I apologize per the inconvenience. I'll get your words as advice in order not to repeat the error. I hope to see you again and I'm glad you appreciated the food.
You can’t visit Florence adn don’t eat at any trippaio. I stoped this time at Trippaio del Porcellino:) it was very nice sandwich with “lampredotto” wich is tipical for Florence. I highly recomand!
Have now popped in for a tripe sandwich a few times for lunch.Didn't quite manage the red wine chaser though. Great value.
The panina con trippa (tripe) was good. Do have it with chili (I think without chili it'll be less tasty n a bit boring). Will surely come back for the panina con lambredotto.
I tried the famous Panino con Lampredotto expecting something extraordinary. Unfortunately, I have to admit that I didn't like it. However, the bread I can say it was good :)
