The sign of this restaurant is the same as the old photo novel that are found many years ago by hairdressers and barbers shops . The restaurant is located inside an old courtyard, on the Naviglio Pavese, you can't see from the street, I sat...at an outdoor table under a beautiful covered pergola with cyclamen and vine climbers. I ate very wellMore

One of my favorite places in town. Difficult to find, located in the canal area ("navigli"); but once found you will definitely enjoy being in one of the best "osterias" in town. Excellent food, great atmosphere, very good price/quality ration (you will spend about 40/45...Euros pp, but the cost could be dependent on the wine choice) this is a temple of the 'Slow Food', the super-famous food and living movement created in North Italy and now spread all around the globe by Carlo Petrini. Wine and cheese selections are simply exceptional. Typical Italian cuisine with influences from Piedmont and North Italy. Not a wine-cheese expert? Just let Fabrizio (the owner) takes the choice for you. He will not be wrong. I would recommend this restaurant to Italians and visitors.More
