We'll we looked a long time a than finnaly found Nikoleta on the internet. And realy, it's everything they promise. Ok, the room could be a little larger and the bathroom also, but there good for the price we've paid! the family is very friendly and helpfull, breakfast is outstanding and the accomodation is very spotlessly clean. A wonderful and clean pool ( what a difference whit our other hollidays on Greek islands) and a romantic and well designed pool bar and breakfastroom. Really, if youre thinking of visiting the island of Thassos, Villa Nikoleta is a choice you won't regret. it's whitin walking distance of the harbor or rent a motorbike ( from € 16 a day ) very reccomandable hotel. you'll find good restaurants in thassos town and the owner has some good tips !

We stayed (2 adults + 2 childs) at Nikoleta's for one week. Photos on the website were quite enticing. The place is quiet despite the proximity of the road. The outside is clean, green and the place around the pool relaxing. We rented a suite which was actually smaller than what it looks to be on the photo. Our first impression was that the room wasn't perfectly clean and not really "luxury" (bathroom faucet shaky, poor kitchenette equipment ) and the overall atmosphere a bit austere compared to some other rooms of the hotel. Continental breakfast was very good, well-stocked with fresh products and served in a very cozy place. Pool bar is great, food was good, well served and cheap. We also would have expected a better welcome upon arrival. Family staff is pleasant (especially…

We stayed at the Nikoletta four years ago on our first holiday together and so it was a natural choice for our wedding night. The room we stayed in was very well decorated in an individual style and lacked for nothing. even down to a bottle of bubbly for us to celebrate our wedding night. The pool was as clean as ever and the pool bar (manned by Jordan) kept us all very refreshed. the hotel is a boutique style and will appeal, in my opinion, to clients looking for a relaxed and classy bolt hole. Whilst close to a main road the traffic noise is not intrusive. Within a 15min level walk to the resort centre the Nikoletta is a very tasteful and friendly establishment.

While searching some info on Thassos, my husband found the website of Nikoleta Luxury Villa and we have decided to try it. We go to Thassos every year for a short get-away, as it is “only” 10 hours away by car from Bucharest. Usually, we prefer to stay in the south of the island, but as the website was really appealing, we have booked a room at Nikoleta for our September mini-holiday. The first surprise was the personnel – excellent English, incredibly helpful with all kind of information on the ferry and directions. We have reached the location almost at midnight and we were enchanted by the atmosphere and the place. Although really close to the ferry station (only 3 minutes by car), the villa is an oasis kept private due to a tall tree fence all around a really beautiful…

Nikoletta apartments, Thassos Town Joan & Colin - Bolton - June 2007 These apartments are set in beautiful gardens and in a tranquil setting. The rooms although small and modern are adequate. The barman Jordan (Part Bulgarian/Greek) is very friendly and welcoming. The owners - doctor and wife we found very stand offish, but as it was self-catering didn't really bother us. The snacks on offer were very good and reasonably priced - try the greek salad and chips at lunch time - delicious. The main drawback to these apartments are that they are a good 20 minute walk to the centre itself and towards the end of a fortnights holiday can be tiresome, particularly as there are no bars nearby or enroute on your return journey in the evening. Thassos town itself we found quite…

We ( 3 couples )have recently returned from a two week stay at the Nikoleta in Thassos with Kosmar. My husband and I were very impressed ,our room was one of the recently refurbished at the front of the building and was extremely comfortable .The attention to detail in the design ,colours etc. was second to none .During the daytime the gardens were a pleasure and at night the owners and staff had candles burning everywhere ,it was beautiful .Our friends were at the side and back of the building ,their rooms were perfectly ok ,anyone who has travelled to Greece knows not to expect luxury .The owners advised us the rest of the building will be refurbished by next year.We would definately return to this accomodation but not in August!! We had read about the wasps before we…

We came back from Thasos on 3rd August - the island is lovely - green and fertile, loads of olive trees everywhere - lots of sandy beaches - with the aid of a car or boat you could probably find a beach all to yourself. The main problem at this time of year is the wasps which by week 2 were getting on your nerves. You also need plenty of mosquito deterrents! We found the Nikoleta apartments OK - we stayed in one of the rooms around the back of the property which we were told had not been upgraded - it was clean but basic and the bathroom was really very small. The outside space was really the best part of the property for us - the pool was lovely and the grounds and the way they use lighting at night is delightful. The family were friendly and always around to ask questions…

A truly brilliant holiday. The Nikoleta is on the outskirts of Thassos town, with a 20 minute walk to get you into the old harbour. The apartments are clean and well maintained though slightly on the small side. Set in lovely colourful gardens with a large pool and well equipped poolside bar serving breakfasts, and snacks. The family are very friendly and available for help and advice as well as sitting down and friendly conversation. Only about 23 rooms, so very quiet. Close by are two sandy beaches and Tavernas that are well priced for meals. The Town itself is well worth walking around, and on the hillsides above the town is a picturesque amphitheatre and other old ruins. The island itself is very picturesque, with many sandy beaches with small slopes into the sea. Some of…
