Brilliant and accommodating hotel! Lovely staff. Would definitely stay again. Beds were comfy and welcoming after a long and stressful day. I would definitely recommend to anyone travelling over to stay there.

We stayed here for two nights as part of a tour with Newmarket Holidays. The hotel is situated in a quiet suburb of the small town of Deurne, about a 30 minute walk from the town centre, and a 20 minute walk from the railway station. First impressions were good, the hotel has an upmarket atmosphere and the decor is very cool. Our room (125) overlooked the chapel at the back of the hotel and the neighbouring woods. The room itself was acceptable, comfortable beds and large bathroom, but the carpet was quite worn and stained, and the WC wasn't entirely clean on arrival. We also found it to be rather warm in the room overnight, despite leaving windows open. In a really hot spell of weather the lack of A/C might be a problem. As our room wasn't ready on arrival, we had lunch in the restaurant's outside area which we enjoyed, although it took us a while to realise the reason none of the waiting staff seemed to want to take our order is because you are expected to scan a QR code on the table. Perhaps this needs to be made a little clearer. A nice breakfast was served in the restaurant, with a good selection of food. Staff were all very pleasant throughout the hotel. Would we stay here again? Yes probably, if we happened to be in the area again (which is actually pretty unlikely).

We rente there the two of us on 12 Feb 2023. We had made reservation in advance and we were welcomed most friendly. We were handed out the key to the and told the room is at the first floor. We went to the room and discovered that this was a very basic room. We looked for the restaurant and discovered that this was not to our linking, so we had dinner "down town". During night and early morning we were woken up by delivery trucks and the nearby motor way. The next morning we had breakfast in the hotel. There were scrambled eggs but not the way we used to eat there, it was a solid mass of omelet. There were some canned fruits, bread and butter and coffee from teh machine. Though what to expect in Deurne.

Room 148 for four people has a lot of space it is modern and is very nice. A total of three large windows that cannot be opened! No AC and windows cannot be opened! We visited during a very hot day and it was simply unbearable in the room. The very nice receptionist brought three fans but this set-up is simply insane! A room that cannot be aired out is prone to become moldy - a design flaw. I cannot speak for other rooms but this one should be avoided.

For these prices one has high hopes which are not met. Everything costs. Even a glass of water at dinner. We had a packed lunch of very poor quality. I can;t say I feel tempted to come back. We never had the feeling to be welcome, to be GUESTS..!

Spacious rooms, they used to be the rooms from the monks in the abbey. The rooms where not overly luxurious, but clean. Friendly reception. A spacious badroom with a shower and toilet. The toilet was just in a strange spot, right in front of the entrance to the shower. There was still lots of other space.

I have been in this hotel before the take over by Fletcher. Upon arrival we were yelled at by the receptionist, as she did not want to wait for the guest before me to clear the check in area. The words "good evening" were not in her book. The rooms are very basic, there is a nespresso machine, but coffee cups were just 2 available, both of minor quality. I must admit, during night it is absaolutely silent: no aircraft approaching any airport, no train an highway noise. Trying to take a shower, there was no soap in the dispensers, nor was anything else at hand. The breakfast was supposedly available up to 10 30 AM. Showing up at 0950 there was hardly any bread left, no fruit, no chees bacon and so on. It was not resupplied. On check out the receptionist did not even bother to answer if everything had been according to our wishes. I guess, she already knew.

Dear Wing720, Thank you for taking the time to give us feedback about your stay. I'm sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations. Friendliness of the staff is very important for us, so I will definitively take your feedback in consideration. For a furture stay, I will recommend to contact the reception if you would like to have some extra cups/coffee/tea, soap etc. At our reception we have everything in stock. I hope you still enjoyed the environment and still had a lovely stay in Deurne. Kind Regards, Linda Docters van Leeuwen

This is a Fletcher hotel in a renovated Klooster. We stayed here whilst playing in a golf tournament at the nearby golf course Stippelberg (if you are a golfer that course is worth a visit ;-) The rooms a small, but clean and quiet (the rooms at the back must be very quiet). The is no double glazing so in the winter they might be cold. The restaurant was o.k. but not exceptional - the breakfast was also o.k. but the buffet bar was a bit congested. There is extensive parking. Fine for a short stay in Brabant

If you don't have a creditcard, you have tot pay before you get anything. As if they don't trust you. I did not feel as a guest. On the terras is no service. You have to download an app to order a drink. All together. I don't advise this hotel. The food in the restaurant is good.
