The new renovated business hotel at the river rhine has 22 non-smoking rooms with view to rhine and terrace (option). The hotel is located at the cycle track cologne-koblenz with separate trail to river Ahr. Vis-a-vis to the city of Linz the restaurant terrace offers a beautiful view to the river and to the mountains of Westerwald. We recommend excursions to the Ahrtal (hiking or biking), visiting the wineyards or the Arp museum in Remagen.Direct train connection to Cologne Fair via Linz (Rhein) to Köln-Deutz Messe. The restaurant offers fresh cuisine with snacks, lunch and dinner at the terrace, lounge or winebar. The hotelrooms are all with own bathroom, w-lan (free of charge) and tv. Rent-a-bike is possible. Free parking behind the hotel.

The hotel was situated in a quiet back road - which actually ran along side the Rhein. It is possible to walk or cycle into Remagen. We enjoyed a view of the Rhein in a double room - with a really comfortable bed. Everything was very well maintained and spotlessly clean. The restaurant served delicious meals - with some vegetarian options. Breakfast buffet offered a wide choice - I particularly enjoyed the scrambled eggs! But the review cannot be complete without a mention of the staff, from reception to restaurant - they were all welcoming and helpful. Thank you for making our visit memorable for all the right reasons!

This hotel is situated right by the Rhine, with free parking, good wi-fi and lovely food. We stayed here one night as a stop off during a long road trip from the Midlands in UK to Regensburg in Germany. Thanks to various accidents and diversions on the A3 our 10 hour trip became 12+ hours and we arrived much later than expected. We were advised that we didn't have time to put our bags in our room if we wanted a meal as the restaurant closed at 10pm. This was around 9.40pm and to be honest I would have appreciated a quick run up to the room to at least drop the bags and freshen up but I was starving hungry and wasn't going to argue! We ordered Weiner Schnitzl, mainly because it was the only thing I recognised on the German menu and it was delicious. 2 meals and 3 beers cost

The hotel sits on the riverbank just along the road from the ferry. The room was a good size with a large balcony and was comfy with a seating area inside as well. We had dinner that night outside and it was a very good menu. There is a large car park at the rear and free wifi. The rooms are not very soundproof as it was a bit noisy at night not from outside but from downstairs. It didn't go on too late though and then we slept well. Breakfast was outside in the morning again and was a buffet with a varied choice.

Arrived lunchtime and received a great welcome from the receptionist. Very friendly and helpful. Room was large and airy with a huge balcony overlooking the Rhine. Large private parking area at rear of hotel. Cycles can be locked in secure garage. Good restaurant overlooking the Rhine. Food was good. Breakfast was excellent. All staff were helpful & friendly. Very comfortable experience and would stay here again.

Great lication on the side of the rhine with great walks along the river. Views are stunning and car park is secure. The beer garden on the front overlooks the rhine and the ferry crossing to remagen great place to relax. Breakfast good and staff friendl. Would stay again.

We were there for a short over night stop from Munich to Düsseldorf. The Hotel is nice for one max two nights. The food is good, breakfast is good. I think in summer the hotel has a balcony with a nice view to the Rhein river from the restaurant. The rooms are ok but loud.

Had a great nights stay at the hotel, the room was very nice and the bed extremely comfortable. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. It was a bit of a trot into Remagen itself but the river promenade is very good

We stayed here for one night just because we wanted to get away from home a bit. Our room was clean, with a lovely view of the river Rhine. We dined in the restaurant and the food was amazing!!! I particularly loved the Aperitif(ramazzoti rosato...with something. can't remember :P). Breakfast was lovely too. The staff was friendly and helpful. I wouldn't mind visiting again :)

We stayed here for 1 night during a touring holiday in Germany. It is ideally located directly on The Rhine with the town of Linz a short ferry trip away.We chose a river view room which was perfect. In the evening we eat in their restaurant and were not disappointed. If you are in this area I recommend staying here.

Only stayed one night as part of a trip to Southern Europe but it was a great choice. Our room was very clean with a superb view across the Rhine. Free parking and good WiFi and an excellent breakfast. The restaurant offers a good choice at reasonable prices, so a good place to stay.
