The resort is beautiful and looks and feels new. I want to start with our check-in experience, Teresa checked us in and gave us lots of good information about the hotel and recommendations on what to see and and do on our stay. The pool and jacuzzi were lovely and the water warm enough to enjoy even though we had some colder weather. We enjoyed a couple hours in the casino (and came out ahead). We had a wonderful dinner at The Embers Steakhouse on the top floor. We did and saw a lot in the area, but the appeal of The Isleta drew us back each day. Theresa continued to be our go-to during our stay, she is a gem!

I booked a much needed massage at "The Spa" inside Isletta Resort and by luck I was given Kyle as my therapist. I have been getting massages weekly for a few years so I am no stranger to good and bad ones. This one today may have been the BEST EVER. The communication, technique, and professionalism were just unmatched to anything I have experienced in the past. Thank you Kyle I hope I am lucky enough to visit you again.

We had 2 rooms here - a junior suite and a regular room and both were exceptional. The place was so clean, everything worked and was well designed for guest comfort. Plenty of free parking. The staff was incredibly helpful too. We felt very well taken care of.

We stayed 2 night recently at the Isleta Resort. Was here for a concert by the Mavericks. Some of the best service we've had at any hotel/resort lately. Everyone was very friendly and eager to help. Room was nice for this price point. Comfortable bed and a Keurig Coffee maker in room. Common areas were pleasant and well maintained. Cleaning staff very friendly and accommodating to needs. Pool looked nice although we didn't try it out. The only downside was a lack of sit-down places for breakfast/lunch (that particular restaurant is closed; Tiwa. Website says it will re-open soon). Your choices are 4 places where you order at the counter and sit nearby. The dinner restaurant (Embers Steakhouse) is nice. Highly recommended if you're in town to gamble or go to one of the concerts here.

I reserved a room with two double/queen beds for an extended family group of three as a stopover on a road trip. Upon arrival at about 6:30 pm, I checked in and we were given a room on the 5th floor. It was a kind of two-room suite, with on king bed in the bedroom and (apparently) a sofa bed in the living area. Since it was getting late for dinner hours at the Isleta restaurants, I decided I could suffer through one night on a sofa bed, so I didn’t go back downstairs to request the room I had reserved. We had dinner at the Embers restaurant (passable) and spent some time in the casino. We came back to the room after 11:00. I took the cushions (cheap vinyl) off the sofa to open up my bed for the night and found the strangest sign I’ve ever seen in a hotel stuck to the folded sofabed mattress: “THE SOFA SLEEPER is not able to be used at this time.” (See photo) Why not? Was the frame broken? I opened it up to see that all the springs were in place and there was nothing that appeared dangerous. And then I looked at the sofabed mattress, which was not covered by a mattress pad. It was filthy. Disgusting. Covered with urine stains and, well, likely other bodily fluids. (Photo) I folded it back up, found a bag with two flat bedsheets (no blanket), wrapped those around the plastic/vinyl sofa cushions, and used and covered myself with a provided bathrobe. I’ll note that the room itself appeared to be not ready for rental. There was a kitchenette with a small fridge on the counter, with the fridge cabinet empty. There was no microwave in the space one would typically be found. And the faucet in the kitchenette spit out air and water like it hadn’t been used in months. The next morning I informed the desk clerk that the room is not suitable for rental. She offered to take thirty dollars off my room rental. I told her this was not an adequate solution; someone actually needs to look at the room, take it out of circulation, and then talk to me about an appropriate charge for renting such a disaster. She told me her manager arrives at 10:00. We had to leave by 8:00, so she told me she’d leave my bill open until the manager had a chance to talk to me. I never received any type of communication from any manager. Rather, a charge for the full amount posted to my credit card the day after checkout. Think about it: that sign on the sofabed had been printed professionally, so no doubt it was not the only sofabed “not able to be used.” The hotel management themselves made that determination, or the relevant health and safety inspectors made it for them. Yet the room remained in circulation, and they put me in it with no warning about the disgusting status of the sofabed. And then they completely ignored my complaint after I told them that thirty bucks off was a joke. Advice: don’t stay at Isleta. If you must, inspect the room thoroughly before settling in. And maybe wear gloves.

Nice Hotel connected to the Casino. Rooms are nice and we had a pretty view of the roof and the valley beyond from our balcony.. Price is a factor for us and there are better deals in Albuquerque connected to a casino. We were players club members and they offer NO discounts. So this will be our last stay here.

the casino has many slots, a high rollers room, tables, and bingo. A sports bar in the middle of the floor, which I liked a lot cause it proved convenient to check out a games i bet on. There's a club that is an alternative to the open bar. There are a couple restaurants, excellent deserts! steakhouse seemed very nice and is highly rated. The room had a modern business lux feel. very nice large balcony. the most private one I've ever seen and it also has a beautiful view of the sunset overlooking the gulf course and pool. The design of the pool is unique indoor heated but pass through a 'waterfall' to the outdoor pool. the hot tub is inside of a like flower bud or something making it very cozy and giving privacy. For the kids amusement they have a separate building with a small arcade pool tables bowling alley and laser tag. Across the road is Isleta golf course and Isleta lakes. so there is plenty of things to do on a weekend stay. I didn't give 5 stars only because the family entertainment closes fairly early asmwell as the restaurants. Even the casino is closed by 2 AM. overall its a unique place an experience i think everyone would enjoy.
