Very good for what you pay. However, the place is old and the hallways and rooms have an old hotel smell. My party and I found the bed to be way too soft and the lack of power outlets was a bit annoying. Fun thing...
The wifi was good and I loved being able to ‘cast’ to the tv as I was able to do use one of my subscription apps to do yoga class each morning etc.. Water and ice is available on each floor and this was helpful.
Terrific Union Sq. location and easy walking distance to many other fun neighborhoods: Chinatown, Embarcadero, SOMA, Nob Hill, North Beach.
One downside i feel like i should mention is that the WIFI is chargeable, it was also expensive.
