I would rate this trip 4.999999 if I could! Everything from early check in with Liz to the cleanliness of the hotel to the free cold water dispenser on our floor to the decent size toiletries was absolutely great! The only downside was my partner and I like having the TV on to sleep, and it was based on the internet or something and turned off after 5 mins each time we turned it on. Silly but not a deterrent. Will definitely be back! Speaking of, Brian at check out was a rockstar and held our bags so we could keep adventuring.

Friendly staff, great location, very clean room and comfortable bed! The ferry building is close so easy access to North Bay and very easy to get to other public transportation in SF. Restaurants nearby are convenient to walk to and safety was not a concern

Comfortable bed, great location, and a great check in experience with Liz. There was even a self service water station on our floor which came in handy. The parking was off site, just a block away, $37, which was my only concern. But the parking structure seemed safe. We would definitely stay here again.

Shout out to Liz for very efficient and welcoming service during check-in. After a long flight, especially for business travel, the last thing you want to do is deal with the remaining logistics before a hot shower and jumping into bed. This hotel has it dialed in -- seamless experience from arrival, to check-in, detailed housekeeping, and an easy check-out. Depending on the room, the ambient temperature can be a little chilly, but beds are comfortable and warm and an extra quilt can be provided. Plus, you control the thermostat in your own room -- surprisingly many hotels in SF do not have AC or heat!

This is one of 2 places I stay in SF. It sits blocks from the Ferry Building/North Beach/Chinatown/Bart/Muni/Embarcadero. Food options are close by. Liz checked me in and couldn't have been nicer. My reservation was for a high floor and originally I was assigned the 8th floor. As my flight came in super early, the room wasn't ready and she offered to wave the early check in fee if I chose to take an available room on the 4th floor. As I am familiar with the hotel, I agreed as the flight was quite turbulent. My only "meh" about the room was that it had a musty smell the first 2 days; as if it hadn't been occupied. I travel with a room odor neutralizer and this helped. The room was clean and a lovely surprise of a yoga mat and resistant bands, which was a big help after walking all week. The staff texts frequently to ensure all is well. You have the option of daily housekeeping, express service or no service. You also need your keycard to access the elevator to your room.My particular room was adjacent to the alley, however it was quiet all week. They also have a complimentary guest laundry. They also have a refillable water bottle station on each floor. It was a lovely week, and while I think that next time I will stay with the upper floor preference, I will continue keeping Club Quarters as my "one of two places to stay"

A great discovery - and great stay - in San Francisco. I had not heard of Club Quarters hotels but one of our team we were traveling with recommended it. It was great all around. From convenient location (and safe, not-very-expensive parking unaffiliated with the hotel just a block away) , to friendly, helpful staff to a very clean and comfortable room, our trip to San Francisco was actually made better by our choice of hotels. Also, it has a great little rooftop seating area where you can enjoy the views and a really nice guest lounge in the lobby that has terrific free coffee (I didn't even go to any of the coffee places nearby.) Lastly, as many people have said, the staff really makes the stay worthwhile - from the moment we arrived until we left, they were always helpful and friendly. Oh, and the cost seems much better than a lot of other SF hotels. Definite recommend all around.

The Club Quarters Hotel Embarcadero was a wonderful boutique hotel in a central location. The room was clean and spacious and the bed was excellent. Staff were accommodating and attentive. I especially appreciated the text communication option for needs throughout my stay.

Liz was super welcoming and accommodating. We had to check in early for a tour and she was able to help us and was very responsive from the time I booked the reservation till checking in. Thank you Liz! Because of you we are off to the great start which is much needed after a long overnight flight.

I don’t think I can thank the staff enough for all they are and do for any guest! I’ve felt them make me feel safe and expect me at the door when my flight was late and I’ve arrived after midnight. I’ve felt their care when my flight was early and I was given a room. I can’t describe the feeling of “welcome home” I am given after a long day of work as I walk in. The staff at this hotel are as priceless as everything else the Club Quarters offers and they are more than priceless, they are the heart of this city, this location and this Hotel. My profound thanks to each and every member of his amazing team! Liz, Mariany, Mel, Brian, Greg, Jeremiah and Will. I look forward to coming back! :) you really are the best!
