From the old, ugly carpet to the dreary paint and lighting, from the dirty carpet and the failing tiles on the bath, to the sunflower seed shells left on the floor from the previous occupant and the dust on the furniture, I knew I was in for a night to remember! In addition to feeling like I was in a motel - decorative time warp, the parking lot was filled with pick-up trucks and the lobby with beer swilling conferees. I turned on the fan so I didn't have to hear the next door room's TV and hacking noises. I managed to sleep a few hours and the breakfast gave me enough cholesterol for a week. Couldn't wait to leave!

On a recent business trip, I had the pleasure of staying at the Ramkota. You're greeted at the door with the smiles of the friendliest staff. Everyone here feels like a long lost relative that's happy to see you. Their "can do" attitude is very refreshing. I would say that the interior borders on resort style amenities. From the lounge next to the desk, to the indoor swimming pool down the way and a wonderful breakfast space that fills up with Travelers every morning, pleasantry just seems to be the norm. There is a nice selection from the menu to keep you from needing to set foot outside the hotel if you desire. And don't forget about the popcorn at the front door, just an extra touch of comfort. My room was always clean and maintained professionally. No request was

We recently had the privilege of a 5 night stay in Casper at the Ramkota and recommend them highly. The staff has always been courteous and helpful and our rooms were quite spacious, clean and comfortable. As always it is the little things when traveling that matter. The Shuttle service was always ready to help get us where we need to be and happy to oblige. The Breakfast buffet and Dining were convenient options for food and at times even had entertainment. Thank you for making our stay yet again a pleasure!!!!

Had everything we needed for our stay. Lori at the front desk was very helpful and helped us get a nice room for the night. They have a shuttle that will take you anywhere in town and go back and pick you up.

I highly recommend the Ramkota Hotel and Conference Center in Casper, Wyoming. The entire staff in every department goes out of their way to help. The burger is top notch, the business center made the difference prepping for meetings and every employee was helpful.

First our keys didn’t work, then there was oil and sand in the bottom of the tub, then we noticed only light, summer like, bedding on the beds (it’s march and winter). We thought, eh, they are busy, it’s ok. Well, it turned out our room stays at 76 degrees no matter what the setting our thermostat is on, (maintenance was called twice, they tried to fix it once) and when we ask for a fan to put on the floor, they brought one that was dusty and filthy. The sheets are thin, the towels rough, and only one of our beds got made when they cleaned our room. But hey, the electronics are great and the breakfast crew is unbelievably kind and efficient, and the hot tub was wonderful (until they decided to add a bunch of cold water to it while we were soaking). I’m sure we will be back

A very comprehensive hotel, ideal for business, family or just a get away. As you enter lobby you will find to your right a walk way leading to, seating area, theatre, restaurant, pool, laundry and exercise room. The rooms on the 6ht floor are large and decorated with Wyoming outdoors history and wild life.A nice feature is the folded animal shaped towels on your bed, with candy. Great job house keeping! In the evening there is a delivery of milk and chocolate cookies to your room, check with the front desk if you want this service.

The food was very bad. That being said the service even worst. This is food service only. I had a burger. The bun is twice the size of the meat. It's ok to device that size burger but don't try to cover it up with a bun WAY to big. Asked for fries..... hello seasoned fries are just that not French fries. Tell a person that before serving those God awful things. Serve potato chips then. Rooms 3 stars

This is not fancy but it's adequate. I was there for a conference and there is plenty of room for those. The rooms were adequate and pretty quiet. The buffet breakfast was boring but plentiful. Staff was helpful and pleasant.

I've been staying at the Ramkota for work, and I've come to look forward to it, being sure to take part in their loyalty program. 10 visits and you get a free night or $100. The other Ramkota hotel we stay at in Bismark applies the same program as well. The rooms are well laid out, beds very comfy, good A/C (I like to leave the fan on for white noise), and the restaurant food is pretty good, if you got some extra time. They still understaff the restaurant/bar, with one person running the whole show, separate from the kitchen staff. The food was a little overcooked, but delicious. And I didn't have to find and walk to a place blocks away for dinner.
