The front desk staff was friendly and the hotel looks like it would be alright from the street. After checking in, I quickly noticed that it’s tweaker central here. Plus a few truckers on a budget. The stairs and exterior floors are depressingly dirty. The room was just fair and I was awoken at 2 AM by a tweaker having a cellphone conversation while sitting outside of my room. Someone spray painted a car in the parking lot for kicks and nearly got mine. No social distancing or masks. Not really my scene. I imagine it was a good value a couple decades ago.

I stayed for 5min in that room. Roof was peeling and none of the outlets worked. Room smelled like old cigarettes and there was a cigarette burn on the sheets. The gentleman at the front desk offered to changed rooms for me and the next one wasn’t any better. There was food still on the ground. After that I went down the street to a better hotel. Save yourself and spend the extra 50$. Don’t come to this hotel!

This hotel is atrocious. In fact, it’s absolutely disgusting. The carpets aren’t staged to the floors, their black with filth, some of the doors don’t actually latch, fixtures are busted, people lives here, working girls and tweakers are everywhere and the hotel is unwilling to stand behind the commitments that Choice Hotels make. My first room had a broken bedframe and where in the sides of the bed were caved in in the middle was way up high. This was not just uncomfortable, it was untenable for sleeping. The second room that they gave me had chunks missing out of the ceiling, no covers over electrical items, mold, and the water valves for the bathtub don’t fully turn off. They were on when I went in and no amount of turning made them close the water supply. The third room copious amounts of blood on the sidewalk outside, had clearly been kicked in before, and the heater system was rigged by the knobs being broken off. The staff were friendly. They know it’s a dump, they aren’t allowed to make it right, and they’re told to blame the customer for being too picky if they dislike more than one room. Call me fussy but I need heat when it’s frigid, a bed that isn’t shaped like a hotdog bun, and a room where I’m not hearing the hiss of water that won’t stop and smelling mold because of the same. The reviewers are right about this hotel... run. Run for the hills hard and fast - but but too fast - the massive holes and gaps in the sidewalks coupled with falling debris from the building and garbage may cause you to trip and fall. PASS ON THIS PLACE.

Black mold in the shower, paint peeling off the wall, hairs on towels, copper wire sticking out of the outlets, no battery in the smoke detector. My parents room was the same but with dirty sheets, non smoking room with dirty cigarette smoke in it. WiFi doesn’t work, cable looks like it’s from antenna. I wished we would have spent a little more for a place that cares.

We only stayed one night prior to our flight out of Spokane early morning the next day. When we checked in we asked for a 4am shuttle (costs $14) to pick us up from the hotel. After we went to bed at close to midnight I was woken up to a phone call from the front desk telling me that the earliest shuttle is 4:30am but I should be “ok” because spokane airport is not busy. Of course I said no to that and had to arrange Uber. After that I could not fall asleep till 3:3am when I woke up. I felt things crawling on me all night and thought It was a bad dream, but when I looked at my bed i found a bed bug and after killing It I confirmed that It was sucking on me all night with blood. This hotel should not be in business, there are cracks on door, door jam has been broken into. Bedding is dirty and has cigarette burns, bugs crawling every where. I am usually not picky about hotels but really I would rather sleep in my car than this. Should have received a refund but hotel took the complaint and did nothing. Do NOT stay there It is totally not worth It.

We will never return! There were druggies & prostitutes hanging around. We had to change rooms as we had bugs, cobwebs and a huge gap under the door. The 2nd room stunk like smoke, a blood stain on the sheets. The wash cloths were dirty, the tp was empty. It was sooo gross. My son renamed it the “Her-o-INN”. Do not go- save yourselves the time, $ and health!

See below, sleep in your car, but not here Key card worked only after swiping it 15 + times, toilet leaked when flushed- a lot, water ran in tub all night and periodically made a groaning sound waking me up, This all happened after I made a maintenance request of "Ronnie- the GM" and left for two hours so they could work on the room. Total incompetence. Next morning I asked for a refund for the room the same "Ronnie" told me " We don't typically do that!" DON'T STAY HERE!!

I've stayed in this motel quite a few times and always enjoyed, but this time was my last. When got into the room I've noticed that the carpet was very dirty, there were blood stains on one bed, the pillow was very dirty, the mattress did not have protector and was extremely stained, I turned it myself, the toilet was filthy, and the water was all night running, need a valve replacement, the acting manager couldn't fix it, we coped with that for 2,5 days. The card to open the door was a nightmare, never worked. By 8:30 there was no breakfast, because the so called schedule is between 5am and 9am, who wakes up at 5 to eat breakfast. When we asked for a discount, at first the clerk said no, but came with 10%. After a long debate, he offered 20%. I do not recommend this property.
