When arriving, the person working the desk was asleep. It took me 25 minutes to wake him up and then he gave me attitude to get my room. Several people were waiting in the lobby while I attempted to yell and make noise to wake the guy up behind the counter. I called the company online and they said they would send a security person out to make a round to see what was going on. We never saw that person either. When another worker was at the counter in the morning when I checked out, I let her know what happened. Her response was I’ll let someone know, not even an apology. We will not be staying there again.

Price was great, Room was pleasant and clean enough. We had 3rd floor room, elevator was out of service. No ice machines on premises, only empty ice cube trays in fridge. Both hot & cold faucets had hot water. Faucet handle on shower ready to fall off. Wifi was not free. Guess we got what we paid for.

The place is in poor condition . Not even a lobby. Overcharged by $175.00 after confirming by email a lower rate. No senior rate added as originally added by email. When wrote to management there was not even a response . Wouldn’t stay at any of there hotels. Terrible service

Gi Gi is a friendly, wonderful, caring person. She acknowledges her guests when they come in. She provides great service to all of her guests. She talks to you as a person and she is very concerned for her guests. She makes each guests feel special, genuinely cares and respects her guests. In my opinion, she is a valuable employee.

To explain, We had booked a reservation At the extended stay in Waco for February, 2022 for one night for a 2 bed, single room, for 4 adults, which we booked through groupon a week prior. We had confirmed the room with the hotel and upon getting there, the front desk receptionist hands us our key (His name is Walter) . When we get to our room, we see that it is a single bed room, so we immediately go back to the front desk and talk to the same man ( Walter) who check us in. After telling him that we have the wrong room, he begins to look on his computer and he says sorry, we’re fully booked and I asked “ do you have any bedrooms available?” And he says back to me “Do you want to look?!” And I said “I’m just asking”. The front desk man begins to make up a policy saying “if you’re not checked in after 6PM, its first-come-first-serve” and he said its in the fine print. We then looked at the fine print and it was no where in the document we signed that stated that nor on Groupon’s listing. He said they had 13 no shows that day and we’re still full booked. We then asked “what are we paying for a room for if we’re not even guaranteed a room and we’re just throwing our name in a hat and hope we get a room” he then said to us, YELLING “ I don’t care if y’all get a room, I don’t care if you sleep in the hallway, I don’t know you from Adam and Eve” and I respond, “you should care! This is terrible customer service” and then this man literally leaves the building and doesn’t come back. His co-worker came in and tried to assist us and said “sorry there’s nothing we can do, we can process a refund once Groupon contacts us” and said we’d have to call other hotels and did NOT HELP at all. While we’re calling other hotels, a group of girls come down on the elevator very angry and said “the room you just gave us has another man in it”. The female receptionist now helping us and them says to them “Oh, he was suppose to check out today but I guess he didn’t”. She begins to tell them that they gave their room away because of their “give-away policy after 6pm” and that they have zero rooms available. So she calls her manager (Val) and apparently another room opens up! these girls go to this room, they eventually come back and say “There’s another man in THAT room too”. There was also 2 other people people inline that I’m sure didn’t get rooms and 2 homeless people at the end of there first floor hallway sleeping with all their stuff and they were clearly on drugs tweaking, scratching, etc. We eventually left and had to book another hotel at 1 AM out of our own pocket. We have NEVER been treated with so much disrespect, incivility, contempt and carelessness. There was ZERO security and people staying in rooms they’re not suppose to and people walking In on other people. so many people were screwed that night and not in a good way. We still haven’t received any refund and credit.

I will never recommend staying at this hotel brand, defiantly the one in Waco, tx me my wife and 3 kids stayed a couple nights and on our check out day check out was at 11:00am and someone knocked at our door at 1050am and we asked who it was and could not hear anything so we kept getting ready to leave ad then we heard another knock and then a lady (later found out to be the GM) just opened the door and not knowing who it was and fearing for my family's safety I ran to the door and slammed it shut and the lady began just yelling at us and telling us to leave so we grabbed our stuff and went up front to find out this lady was the GM of the store and was defiantly racist toward white folks. my family was so upset we called the corp office and as today several months latter there has been no reply, i guess they don't care about there customers.

When I stayed at this hotel the service was great. It was clean and all the staff were nice. Jamaal made sure our late check in went smoothly and he had us in a room quickly. I would recommend this hotel to everyone. Thank you to Jamaal we appreciate your kindness

Stayed here a week and had two rooms. Was surprised when one room had vynal floor throughout and no carpet was a bonus. Had no issues with the beds or wifi. I work remotely and was able to work and have meetings all on the basic wifi with no issue. Nice having automatic doors in the looby. The dining work area in the rooms were too small and table was flimsy. Had to use part of the counter top in order to work. Was pretty much given no silverwear and some of what they gave was dirty. Also the kitchen area had the paint peeling off the range hood as well as greasy. All drains were slow, toilets had issues (one kept running and the other had to hold the button the entire time for a rather weak flush). Show head needed replaced as well as it went everywhere and missing tub plugs. There are a lot of construction people that stay there but didn't have too much issue with noise. Laundry was brand new but doesn't take quarters so only app or credit card which wasn't an issue for me. Another issue was in both rooms there was a light that the switch was missing so couldn't us it. Also furnature was rather worn and lacked good functionality. With some maintenance this could be a four star but for what it was not that bad.

Not bad for the cost of the room. Basic no frills, but clean. Appears to have been updated with counter tops, tub, flooring etc. Convenient location. Friendly staff. The grab n go breakfast was literally one package of 2 small muffins. Lol. Only other thing I didn’t like was an unannounced Knock on our door at 8am from the “Porter” who was in street clothes and no name tag or company ID. Had I been traveling alone I would not have opened the door. I brought it to the attention of the front desk clerk when I checked out and she seemed disinterested in my concerns. Aside from that it was a solid 4 out of 5 overnight stay.
