Detailed Reviews
I originally booked for 3 nights. I wanted to cancel the first two nights before I arrived and conforming to the cancellation policy. It took 5 phone calls to do this and calls transferred back and forth, calling twice for the new confirmation email.
The rooms themselves are lovely. Nice bed linen. Clean and bright with a spacious bathroom.
There is a good choice for breakfast and the food is as it should be.
The problem is that there are not enough staff. I wanted an extra blanket. the time was just before midnight. There was none in the room. It took 20 minutes for réception to answer the phone. The person said that there were blankets down at reception but she could not bring it to the room as she was alone at the desk. I had to get up and dressed to go and get it. When I arrived one person was checking in and another couple were waiting.
At check out the following morning I asked to speak to a manager about this but they were not available. I spoke to another person on reception.
The staff I dealt with were pleasant but the hotel is understaffed. I do not know what would have happened if there was an emergency in the hotel that night.

If you do not have your own means of transport, it is very uncomfortable to get to or from the hotel. The staff is very friendly, the hotel is very clean and the landscape from the rooms is wonderful, from your bed you can see the sunrise and it is beautiful. It is far from Madrid city and it is difficult to get there at night. It is closer to the airport, but it is also far from it. The facilities are very new, beautiful and clean.

+1
Business hotel not too far from the airport.
Quite smart, rooms in good condition (some of them are set up interestingly - bed faces large picture window). Little bit dark but OK - lighting fine, storage space fine, wifi worked well. Good bathroom with both a tub and a shower.
Think it has a small gym but apparently that has to be prebooked.
Breakfast was very good. Good VFM overall.

This is a 4 star hotel... on paper. There is NO open bar or restaurant in the hotel on weekends. It is literally impossible to even get a coffee in a weekend.
The area is dead on all days of the week except Horizon Madrid 5minutes walk which is a very nice restaurant and bar.
We stayed here because of the proximity to our Madrid office in the area, but would not spend one cent to this place otherwise.

Altough it is an expensive hotel it is still godd value for the money. I was fortunate enough to get upgraded to the suite which was very nice. Hot tub in the room and a great view. The room was very clean, staff very friendly and more places to sit in more different positions than I can imagine. As I said, the breakfast was increadible.
Bathroom and toilet were both very comfortable and pleanty of room to take a shower with a spouse ;)
Couple of drawbacks, as there is a hot tub in the room, the room floors must be stone but that made it a bit cold. Luckily you have slippers and a bathrobe in the closet :) Also, when I was draingin the hot tub there seemed t be a leak somewhere and the floor got basically flooded, no worries though, they had stone floor.

This Hotel is a good choice for families. They provide spacious rooms. It is also not really far away from Madrid Barajas Airport. Staff working there is pretty kind. There are close streets where can park your own car for free. Free WiFi.

Stayed here with my 10 year old son and my dad in one room for 2 nights for the Champions League Final. Thought it was very good - bright, clean, modern and friendly staff. Short taxi ride from airport (15 mins max) and also 15 mins to central Madrid. Room decent size. We had a double and pull out single from sofa bed, which was a bit small for my 6’2” dad - but comfortable enough. Very happy with our choice and particularly good if you want to be close to the airport

The hotel was close to where I needed to work for a week and I found it to be very nice. The room was smallish but pretty normal for European rooms. It was quite modern and nice. It didn't have an iron but I asked and they gave me one with one of those tiny ironing boards. I like the bigger one but it worked for what I needed. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of food. By the end of the 5 days that was getting old, but that was expected for that amount of time. The front desk people were very friendly and helpful. They always called me a taxi in the morning. The only odd thing was that they wouldn't give me a bill at the end. They said that since I booked it via an internet site like Expedia, I had to get it from that. I've never run into this before no matter where I booked a hotel. I had booked it using my company's travel agent so I have no idea about that but ended up not able to get a receipt. I was finally able to expense the stay but it was a bit of a pain.
That said, I would stay there again.

Newcastle upon Tyne, United Kingdom117 contributions76 helpful votesMany really good points - reasonable rate, good size room, comfortable bed, quiet, excellent breakfast buffet, convenient for nearby offices and for airport. A couple of areas where improvements could be made:
- room in need of some maintenance - hose came off shower under full pressure, soap dispenser fell to pieces, some of furniture showing signs of wear and tear
- food was OK at dinner, but ambience was depressing; hotel restaurant early on a mid-week evening was never going to be atmospheric, but tables set out in closely spaced rows, bright lighting etc. made it all feel a bit more utilitarian than it needed to be.

This is the hotel I got recommended by the travel agency when I visit Madrid. It is a business hotel, so from my point of view
, I cannot complain much. But I would like to point out two things that I felt quite unpleasant and need to improve.
1. Lack of Room upgrade standard when available room is not enough.
2. No free provision of iron machine for standard room stay, which seems ridiculous for a decent biz hotel.
Hope that the hotel would recognize and improve later on.
