I had the pleasure of staying here recently while travelling around Ireland. It is the ideal location if touring Connemara or the Aran Islands. It is within walking distance to Spiddal village and 15 minutes car journey to Galway City. I have to say its the nicest B&B that I have stayed in. The room was very comfortable and breakfast was fabulous. Nothing is too much trouble for Noreen, she is such a lovely lady and is so welcoming into her lovely home. I hope to have the opportunity to stay here again. I would highly recommend this B&B to anybody thinking of going to Connemara.

On our arrival Noreen greeted us with tea and biscuits and made us thoroughly welcome. Our room was spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Food was excellent with fresh fruit, cereal and full Irish breakfast. Nothing was too much trouble for Noreen, she even offered to run us into Spiddal cause it was raining. She had time to talk to us and tell us about the Gealtech as I once stayed there many years ago. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend it.

We stayed two nights with Noreen and found the room very hospitable. It was clean and spacious although the bathroom was a little small. The full Irish breakfast was very good with a side bar of fruits, cereals, etc. The breakfast room was very welcoming and bright with a view of Noreen's front garden. We did have a problem with the road the B&B is located on. If you're not familiar with one-lane country roads, this may not be the place for you. I would, however, recommend An Corrach Mor to anyone interested in a quite, beautiful stay. We dined at Padraicin's (Patrick's) just down the road two nights in a row. Their menu is extensive and the food, service and views are wonderful.

We recently stayed with Noreen at An Corrach Mor for 5 days. Her B&B is just lovely!! Our room was spacious and light. The breakfast room is warm and inviting and the breakfast was delicious!! Noreen really thinks of every thing. The real jewel of An Corrach is Noreen herself. She treated us like family and we really loved our stay with her. We felt like we had made a life long friend during our stay. When I plan our next visit we will certainly be returning to Noreen's. During our stay we went to the Aran islands, sat on the beautiful beach nearby and climbed Croagh Patrick. Spiddal is a wonderful little town that we really enjoyed visiting.

I recently had occasion to stay twice in this b and b within one week! The initial reason I chose this b and b was because they had a single room at a reasonable price. However I returned a few days later because of the warm welcome from Noreen, the very comfortable room especially the bed, and the lovely breakfast. I left my wash bag behind me but Noreen rang to tell me and had it left out.The breakfast was lovely especially the lovely home made brown bread. I really enjoyed my stay and would have no hesitation in recommending it to anyone.

Excellent value B&B with a warm welcome. A comfortable, clean room with en-suite and tea/coffee making facilities. A lovely breakfast served in a bright dining room. Well located for trips to Galway city and to Connemara and the West. We'll be back!

I spent two nights at An Corrach Mor. A very well run B&B. Noreen, the proprietor, is friendly and very welcoming, ensuring that it was a comfortable experience. The room was a good size, clean, well equipped and very comfortable. I can happily recommend this B&B accommodation.

We (a group of friends from Moscow) were staying there in the beginning of august 2012. A very good hotel! Interior is exceptional. A good position if you travel to Aran islands or to Connemara. Noreen, the owner, is very hospitable and charming. The best place if you want to feel like at home.

Stayed one night in the best bed and breakfast I have experienced to date. Located within a 15 minute walk from Spiddal on a very quite (narrow) lane way, an experience for drivers from continental Europe and all those countries who drive on the "wrong" side of the road. Very comfortable bed. Sleep index 10/10. You will not be disappointed with the welcome and accommodation at this hostelry. Highly recommended.

We stayed 2 nights, occupied 2 rooms. Noreen is a wonderful host, serves a varied breakfast and the home is just lovely. Super clean. Our bathrooms were tiny but plenty of warm water. Need to drive a couple mimutes into town but there are a few restaurants and a nice shopping area with quaint shops nearby too Landscaping around the home is gorgeous. Noreen adds many charming and homey (sp?) details. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again if I am ever fortunate enough to visit Ireland again.
