Beautiful area, Mt Warning Hotel and shop is close by Although we assumed by the pictures the eco cottages were more secluded, they were very nice, well equiped, modern & spacious, bed was very comfy,

Absolutely awesome stay!!! We already can't wait to go back! We had our caravan on a powered site by the forest. The grounds were absolutely spotless, with loads of room to spread out, picnic tables and seats by the fire pits were well appreciated for the extra room during meals. The bathroom and camp kitchen were clean, tidy, and well equipped. I honestly can't fault the facilities at all. The surroundings were incredible, it was great to let the kids explore along the creek (attended by a parent), and in the forest, all while comfortably within our view . They loved taking their camera to capture all their interesting finds! Make sure you get up early to see the sun coming down Mount Warning, and remember your winter warmies and heater if you travel in the cold months!

Great place to stay.. highly recommended. Great staff, good location. Beautiful scenery. Something for the whole family. My highlight was the marshmallows over the campfire. We stayed in the eco cottage with 2 teens and a 6 yr old. Comfortable beds and we saved $$ cooking in the kitchen and bbq. Kids loved the pool.

Whilst the surrounding rainforest is amazing, the management of the park is not. Customer service over the phone was great but in person our host was aloof and almost to the point of rude. Apart from the 10 mins post cleaner, toilet and shower block were foul. Overpriced during holiday period. Location brings the rating up.

We stayed in a riverside cabin which had a lovely aspect right on the creek. The riverside cabins are actually located in a better spot than the eco cabins but are just basic with no ac, just ceiling fans. Suited us and it was very clean. No shower curtain on the shower cubicle so water literally flooded the bathroom which was hard to avoid and a little annoying. The actual park where all the cabins are is a bit of a mess. Road works and other maintenance going on. Seemed to be a fair few permanent residents. Pool looked good. We had a nice stay however. Good value.

We took our 3 caravans with 2 dogs. Stayed 4 nights on powered sites. The toilet block was older style but clean, and cleaned daily. The sites were easy access and we loved being able to use the fire pits, wood available to buy. The access road to the property has seen some flood damage, as have a number of roads in the area, but a detour was in place so no problems. Friends stayed in one of the new cabins which are immaculate and comfortable. Overall an excellent stay.

What a wast of space. Toilet block showers where joke in the camping area. In the mens shower the first shower had the shower rose broken and sitting on the shelf. The second and final shower did not work with the automatic timer. So no shower. Bought some firewood from the manager. The $15 bag of wood didnt even burn. I even had the compressor on it to no avail. We booked in for 2 nights stayed for 1 then left never again

The rainforest park itself seemed dated but the cottage was sufficient for an overnight stay for a family of 6, with adequate facilities to cook for yourself (buy food before arriving). It is private and the pool is a stone's throw away.
