The Premier Inn Manchester Bury is often celebrated by guests for its central location, ideal for shopping and entertainment, despite some reports of noise. The hotel's comfortable beds and cleanliness generally receive commendations, contributing to its reputation for providing good value. Excellent location next to interchange and shops aren't far away either. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms clean and well presented. As always, even with the frequent trams passing I had a great sleep.

I have stayed at the Bury Premier inn hotel on numerous occasions, but feel that I need to leave a review for the staff here, I have to say they are an amazing team, they look after their guests so well, and no problem is to small, they are conscientious, hard working, the rooms are clean and tidy, the social areas are always well kept and they are all very happy to help, over my stay, I must mention, Harley and Martin on the night shift, Nina and Mike (good luck to Mike on becoming a chef) Jenna, Alison, Linda and Joanne, Leah, Sianah and Cath, who all make the magic happen under their manager Darrell, well done team Premier, keep this level of service up.

Absolutely shocking service, added meal and breakfast package. Wrong starter and 40 minutes for the main to arrive after the chef forgot to cook the meal. When it arrived the steak was raw (asked for medium/well). Staff too busy talking about their social life and looking at their phones instead of their guests. Terrible experience from Premier Inn- left feeling far from rested and refreshed

Really clean hotel, Nice comfortable beds really helpful and friendly staff. The hotel is situated in a prime spot being only 5 minutes away from bury itself on foot. The bus station and the metrolink tram stop are just across the road just incase you want to venture into Manchester

Bury Premier Inn is the Worst Premier Inn ever! No staff at the reception area at any time. Needs rectifying. Does not work well in a hotel setting. No one answers the phone ever! Need more staff. Need separate reception and dining area staff to serve customers and serve food. One person cannot do three roles. When I checked in, I requested extra towels, pillows and duvet and I was told there were none left, but the maid gave me some from the upstairs towel room. The key card for the lifts and room doors do not work properly. This is a huge problem! Have to constantly go to the reception to update the magnetic strip. And again, no one was at reception. Good location, but poor service

The rooms ok. Nothing special No hot water. Lots of people roaming about the corridors at night. The restaurant is so slow over an hour waiting for food. Car parking £14. For 12 hours. Can’t fault the staff doing there best. The hotel is no better than a travelodge.

The parking charges were too expensive and breakfast was rationed causing unnecessary delays. Waiting time for food was unacceptable as the hotel will know in advance how many people had booked breakfast and should have adequately prepared

A lovely stay in the Premier Inn in Bury. Exceptional service from Mike at the bar/restaurant. Very attentive, lovely mannered and very polite. He dealt with a busy restaurant and bar with professionalism and asked each and every customer if they were ok, and if he could do anything else for them. Highly recommended. Thank you!
