Deerwood was designed around existing trees and ponds so the sites are spacious and unique. They all vary in size and setting for everything from 30’ 5th wheels to 45’ Class A Motor Homes. All the sites are paved and level and surrounded by lawns and landscaping. Full amenities are included: Electric, Water, Sewer, WiFi, and Cable TV.

Quite frankly I am surprised by all the great reviews. I am traveling with three cats in a trailer and called ahead to discuss. Site locations and noise. The gentleman I spoke with was super helpful and assured me I’d have spot 15,. When I arrived at 5:30 pm, the office was closed and a packet was left for me, assigning me to a spot that was impossible to park and was literally sitting on top of the freeway. The cats were freaked out all night and I didn’t sleep. I’m here for four nights and really don’t want to hassle with moving my entire site. Site pads are small and on top of everyone. Only one water outlet per site. Really disappointed that my time spent on the phone with the staff was a waste of time and that all my requests were ignored to the detriment of my animals. Would not stay here again based on botched arrival and assignment of space

I'm not sure what makes this a "luxury RV park" as they advertise. The trees and landscaping are nice, but the RV spots are VERY close together and many out in the baking sun. The office is very nice, but the showers and bathrooms were not clean and were not cleaned while we were there (one day). The 3 garbage dumpsters were over-flowing. We were awakened at 2:30a.m., to water on our faces. The sprinklers outside our RV had come on and apparently were set so high that the water reached through our open screened windows. I would not stay here again, nor refer it to anyone. The road noise was pretty loud as well.

This is a well-kept RV park with large spaces and lovely, lush grounds. Nice shade trees. There is some highway and train noise, but not too bad unless you have a space right next to the road. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The wifi is just so-so.

We were so pleased with our stay at the Deerwood RV Park in July of this year! It is an absolutely lovely setting (sit on the bench beside the lily pond/waterfalls for a restful place to read or think). The restrooms are spotless, and so is the laundry room. Our host, Eric, and all his staff were so kind and helpful. Our "neighbors" stay here for 6 months each year, and we totally envy them! We would be so happy to return to this lovely park.

A great place to stay. Large trees provide great shade but did not interfere with parking our 5th wheel. Deerwood is one of, if not the cleanest RV parks we have stayed in and certainly the nicest/cleanest on our trip from San Diego to Seattle. The people are great, extremely friendly and helpful. Anytime we return to Or we will definitely stay at Deerwood RV park.

We loved this spot. It had large spaces for the RV. The grounds were lovely and clean. It was close to Downtown with easy access to the highway. It is surrounded by trails and not far from the river where you can go hiking or swim in the river.

From Deerwood RV Park's informational website, to camping overnight in an exceptionally beautiful landscaped area, and everything in between (close to I-5; Jason's friendly, accommodating help @registration; & easy site parking), I highly recommend this RV park. Beverlie

this park is the nicest one we have stayed in coming and going from Washington to Yuma Az. It is tucked into the woods with more grass than I have ever seen in an RV park. Looks like a golf course. Very well cared for and the front desk is very well manned.

When we arrived, we were given our information about our spot, we drove back and there was another RV in our spot. We went back to the check in. It appeared that someone had parked in our spot and we were reassigned another spot that we had noted was empty. There is little space here between lots. Deerwood RV is very close to the highway and you do hear highway noise. The wifi is spotty at best. These are all normal park issues that were not shocking to us. However, it was the evacuation due to a fire that has made us decide never to return. A level three fire evacuation due to fire occurred during our stay. We were not aware of this evacuation order as we are not from Oregon and the emergency order did not appear on our phones. We did see a police car pull into the park. It was twenty minutes later that the police came around. When my husband asked what was going on, the officer's response was "Haven't you been told you need to evacuate now?" This is not a large park. No one from the park attempted to let anyone know about the evacuation. When we were able to return, there was no contact by anyone in the park. I think a responsible park manager could have let people know that they needed to evacuate. We will be back to Eugene as a child is a student there, however we will never again stay at Deerwood RV Park.

We had to stay here overnight at the last minute. It is okay if you don't mind the constant freeway noise and the terrible internet connection. Works in a pinch or if there is no other option for a Duck Game.
