Usually I drive back and forth on the weekends my daughter competes at the Tribune Centre in Oshawa, even though it is 120km each way, most of it it on the 407 toll road. This weekend the timings were less than 12 hours apart from when we finished to when she had to be back so I decided to stay with her. What a great choice this turned out to be. We were 10 minutes down the road from the venue, and it meant some relaxing time away from the bustle of the arena as well as the area around it. The hotel was fairly new and very well equipped. The room was huge and tastefully decorated. Loved the couch and seating area as well as the amenities. The buffet breakfast was excellent and very reasonably priced ($13.95). Very clean, staff friendly and willing to help when needed. Room was a good size. Pool was pretty small. Good value price wise. Location just off hwy 401 so very easy to get too. Good food options a short drive away if you don't want to eat in the hotel.

Accomedations are always good here, as is the breakfast buffet. We come here for Holiday party been a few years now. The only issue we have is the quantity of food they serve for the events. Its an ongoing joke now that we actually order pizza so we can have a snack afterwards. Everything else is good

Great service, it's near the hwy, so you always hear the hum, location is great, close to many restaurants, it's a long walk so driving is preferred, gym is low end . 2 treadmills 1 eliptacle, a few weights, clean though.

Treated very well and rooms were clean and quiet, breakfast was excellent lots of choices, very friendly staff, close to facilities, Resturant’s casino, shopping. Easy parking and free parking. Upgrades also help

We have stayed at this hotel a few times over the past several years. Unfortunately this will likely be our last. We booked for 3 nights -- asked for a quiet room on an upper floor - no adjoining rooms. We were given a room on the 5th floor. It seemed very nice and quiet. At least until we came back from dinner. It seems that many sports teams stay here -- and both parents and teens have a hard time understanding that they are in a public place -- not their own house. We arrived in the lobby to see 3 teens wrestling with each other. They were falling down - running into other guests. The front desk staff and the security guard both looked at them but made no comment. We went up to our room and 10 minutes later the teens are doing the same thing right outside our door. …

The rooms are awesome very clean and the beds were so comfortable. The bathroom renovations are beautiful...loved the shower. Very quiet did not here people in other rooms or above or below you. The breakfast buffet is well worth the money or if its included please enjoy it!! I could not think of anything they didn't have that you would want for breakfast!!

I stayed here for one night while in Ajax for business. This was a very comfortable stay, super close to the convention centre. I had a great breakfast here as well. Overall, I would recommend staying here if looking for a hotel close to the convention centre.

The hotel itself is clean and provides comfortable accommodations. The check-in process is also very seamless and the staff extremely friendly and professional. However, where this hotel falls short is when it comes to the restaurant, located in the lobby of the hotel. They charge $13.95 per person for a small breakfast buffet, which was disappointing and not very appetizing. The banana I had was all bruised inside, the boiled eggs overdone where chunks of the egg were coming off when I attempted to peel off the shell. The scrambled eggs and other selections at the buffet were also not worth the $13.95 price tag. I would have been better off having breakfast at a local Tim Hortons at half the cost. Stayed for three days for business meetings and I enjoyed my stayed. I really liked the food, lobby, rooms and how close it is to many good entertainment options. The only issue I had was that I could occasionally hear the road noise from the 401 and the pillows are not comfortable for side sleepers.
