Checked in to room and found pubic hair in sink and bathtub. There was half a roll of toilet paper when we checked in. The toilet paper had been used by previous guest, which now has been contaminated as you cant spray a roll of toilet paper with Lysol. Which brings me to think they don't disinfect the room as they say they due. ( covid).

This was a very nice hotel. The pool was very nice and the hot tub as well. The only thing is there was two other couples in the pool area with me and my boyfriend. One the the other couples was being VERY intimate towards each other. This made me, my boyfriend and the other couple leave because it made us very uncomfortable. I think they need better security towards this kinda thing. Also we were never asked for our vaccination certificates. We did online check in so we didn’t have to go to the front desk to check in. Not even when we went to the pool did they ask. We are vaccinated but others might not be and use the same method to enter the building. We also has the chocolate moose cake and the cheesecake. They were both delicious and nice sized portions.

my room was very clean and very nice I was so pleased with the service that I received at this location. This location made for a very quiet and comfortable stay. I was able to have a wonderful sleep and retrieve anything that I needed at the front desk.

Staff was kind and courteous upon arriving. The rooms were beautiful and clean. With the few small issues that came up, the staff was quick at addressing and correcting them. The location was fantastic as well, close to the highway and all kinds of stores and restaurants. Thank you for a fantastic experience.

I was not happy with this stay. Since, I was not vaccinated I could not even bring my breakfast up to my room and also I was rushed out before check out time. I am not sure if I will return unless I receive a discount.

The man at the front desk was rude, and quite dismissive. Also had food poisoning from the pomodoro pasta. Aside from these things, I thought they did fine. But neither of those things should happen. I liked the facility albeit the workout room is very small and limited.

was in town for a wedding at 3 and checking was also at 3 . I needed to change somewhere , got at the hotel at 1 and there was no issue for checking early . front desk staff was great , the maid in the hallway gave me extra toiletery with a smile when I asked and the breakfast people were also great .very clean , quiet and good night sleep minor issues were fridge and coffee maker not working

The staff was fantastic. Covid protocols in place. This was the first time I was traveling since Covid and I felt safe at the hotel. Great stay. I would return again and would refer others to stay here as well.

Paid good money for 2 nights for my employees. All good until management made bonehead decision to not allow them access to breakfast for take away as they claimed was a Covid issue. I have to say my employees health records are nobody’s business, as the business owner I won’t be using this chain again.
