Old outdated seventy furniture through. Called for extra towel and face cloth in early am told by front desk staff to come to lobby and pick them up we where in our pyjamas.We where four in the room and provided us twice with only two sets. Air conditioner very noisy.

got keys , room was NOT ready. Waited . Went to hot tub , not pumping very much. Asked to get checked, no maintenance. Asked for wake up call , ask Mgr in am . Hospital appt is in the am . Hope they call. Then went to elevator - not working . Told to tell mgr. Staff say they tell all the time. Walked up - not a big deal for me . Sorry for others . Hot and A/C is really poor /noisy.

Upon arrival in our room, the door was not locked and was sitting slightly open, which was very strange. The room also smelled very heavily of cigarette smoke. I called the front desk to let them know. The response I got was, "Ok, but you're ok to stay there, right?". Not impressed.

While ours is a strictly non-smoking hotel and we also impose penalties on people who smoke in our rooms, the smell sometimes also makes its way from the room window. Staff was very argumentative and unwilling to listen. Hotel itself was not worth the money paid. Breakfast could not accommodate the number of guests. Internet didn't work almost the entire stay.

Great location and access to highway and lots of restaurants and shopping. The room was clean for the most part but vaccuuming and some garbage was left on the floor. They have a pool and hot tub but the pool was very cold. Seeing as we were travelling with our young grandchildren it is very hard to get everyone ready and out the door before 10am to get to the breakfast (other Super 8's we have stayed at have breakfast until).

I was really impressed at our room for the price. Nice pool and hot tub. Easy check in and out. Breakfast was limited but good. Wifi not great in parts of the room.

I mean the name is "Super8", so I was not expecting 5 star quality. It was comfortable but there was staining on the walls, questionable people coming and going from the hotel at all hours of the night. Pool looked dingy, and overall the ambionce of the entire hotel was just slightly sketchy. Room had a fridge which was nice...The lady at the front desk was nice as well. I did not bother with the free breakfast... I made my company change my next Ajax reservation to a different hotel.

We arrived on a Thursday for the long weekend, we had a family affair to attend to.
our room had a double bed and a queen bed. We were only my husband and I. On the second floor.
It seems there was a Lacrosse Team also at the motel this long weekend, so we had balls bouncing over our heads very early in the morning, making my husband quite anxious.
Also the pillows are SO UNCOMFORTABLE. they are square shaped and felt like balls instead of a regular pillow, and WE WENT OUT TO WINNERS TO BUY PILLOwS, then we had a restful sleep that night. The bedspreads are very slippery, so every time you moved, they slid right off of you!!
Also the last night we stayed, there were people in the hall drinking beer and having a great time, this in the HALL of the corridor, can't they celebrate in the lobby or somewhere else, My husband called the front desk. twice.to complain!! after 11 p.n.
Not coming back.
The breakfast nook is very small. no fruit. bagels and a waffle maker. Coffee and hot water. Small area . But clean. Always someone there to refill.
The A/c is loud.
the location is ideal, easy to 401 east or west.
no problem with water, as others have mentioned.
The cleaning staff only cleaned part of the room.
We only ate there once in the 4 nights we stayed.
