As soon as you walk in reception would remind you of a 2* and it does not get much better Rooms are a very average 2* with marks on wall and a few loose parts ie switches and handles The dinning room was something else overcrowded noisy and honest it was dirty the area outside was a health hazard nothing was cleared and if it was it was never cleaned . Reception staff were just alright but a young chap Mark was very helpful As for the bar ALL the older staff need sacked really rude especially the barman with grey hair had to remind him that we were keeping him in a job but a short time after that he was back to his normal rude self Both pools were busy but if you were at the top one it was dirty and l never saw it being cleaned scum around the pool was something else A lot of loose tiles that need sorted along with everything else l think the so called manager walks around with his eyes closed By the way if you do go make sure you stay in the main hotel otherwise other building is worse. Will give it 2* and anyone that gives it 3 * must not be used to what a good 4* should be like . If we got a free stay would not go back STAY AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE

The rooms are basic but clean. The reception staff are surly and unhelpful but the bar staff were good and helpful. The main problem with our stay was the vast number of noisy groups which led us to leave early. The constant banging of doors and screaming adults and children was just too much. One night a large group of guests were sitting outside our rooms in the corridor having a picnic and screaming and running around until 3am. After getting 3 hours sleep we were woken again at 6am buy arriving guests waiting by the pool to check in for 1pm. Would advise not to stay here. We had to pay out 300 euros to stay the last 2 nights at a different hotel. Nightmare. The pool was also in the shade so was not able to use it.

This hotel was a lot cheaper than others around the same dates so we were expecting a more of a budget feel Pros Clean hotel and rooms. Access to the free aqua park at neighbouring hotel. About a 2 minute walk up a steep hill. Our eldest loved the slides. 5-10 minute walk to the beach (not sandy, very small stones). Sea was lovely and warm to swim in. All inclusive ice creams are branded. Mini magnums, twisters, mini milks etc. Entertainment shows were good. Our children especially loved the Disney show. Good power shower in the room Cons Dining experience was far to busy for our liking. Lots of queues and by the end of the week we were done with the variety of food on offer that we ate out. Rooms are very small. 4 single beds all in a row. Didn’t really use the balcony as the fan was very hot that was pumping out the air from the air con unit. No bath in our room but some rooms did have baths. All inclusive drinks were served in plastic cups. ‘Paying customers’ got normal glasses. Kid disco started quite late for us at 9pm and then entertainment at 9:30 Kids club small and basic. We didn’t use it. Would we return no. Did the kids have a good time in the sun and at the pool and beach…Yes and that was our aim.

Don’t waste your money here! 4 star hotel clearly a 2 star how on earth it got 4 stars is unbelievable! On arrival after travelling a long time we were told our room was a 2 hour wait and we couldn’t have our all inclusive bracelets until our room was ready!!! With 2 small children who was hungry thirsty and tired from travelling this was not a good start! So when we eventually got our door card for our room on the 6th floor with 2 small children I asked to be changed as we asked specifically for a low level room and were swapped to the second floor, on entering the room we were greeted with 4 single beds pushed together in a tiny room! With an en-suite bathroom very dated with a hole in the wall above the bath where the shower is and a board over the hole with a couple of tiles on top, the flooring in the bedroom was all coming apart and we had some lovely ants as guests in the flooring too! The air con was hit and miss if it worked we didn’t have a remote control to adjust the settings so we were left to bake!! The pools are ok they got very busy you couldn’t get a lounger unless you got up at 6am to claim one with a towel and lots of them were left with a towel all day until late afternoon when people would decided to come and claim there lounger so you couldn’t use them! The food is ok if you don’t mind eating Spanish food or chips pizza and pasta! We had a jippy tummy for the duration of our holiday and got fed up eating in the hotel and had to eat out a couple of times as the food for us wasn’t something we wanted to keep eating, the dining room is clean but on the last day I slipped on something wet and informed the staff who did have a look but didn’t come back to me to ask if I was ok! I have a badly bruised and swollen knee and had to fly home like that… so no health and safety or accidents recorded here! the hotel Is on a busy part and there are a lot of youngsters who pass by going to the clubs 5 mins walk away so from 11pm to 4/5am there are just crowds of noisy young people the actual place itself is a lovely place to visit I just wouldn’t not recommend staying in this hotel, there are no tea of coffee making facilities in rooms either, and the balconies have big fans on them that shoot out very hot air from the air con units so if you want to sit on your balcony at night your going to fry! We had to put a chair in front of it with a towel over the chair to deflect as much heat as possible! We spoke to alot of people here who said excactly the same as us it’s not a good hotel and the star rating is very wrong and misleading!!! The bar staff how ever were very nice and the guy who monitors the dining room was lovely, the woman reception staff are a little on the frosty side and not very welcoming at all. But the younger men on the reception were very helpful so maybe the ladies need a refresher of how to be a little more helpful

We travelled out to this hotel in loret not expecting great things as we paid £800 for two adults in a half board basis at the start of the UK summer hols. Happy to report that we were pleasantly surprised. If you want a quiet and restful hol, then I suggest that the resort is probably not for you. The hotel does accept groups of teenagers and twenty odd year olds etc who can be 'rather loud' at times, as well as families and couples. That said, there wasn't any trouble during our stay, and security staff were visible and active throughout the day in case of need. The staff on reception were really helpful and friendly on arrival, explaining the dining hall times, and how to get free access to the sister hotels aqua park etc. A family arriving with us upgraded to all inc on arrival for a little over £100 pp. There's two decent size pools to choose from, loungers are taken early, but there's plenty of tables and chairs etc. Both pools are monitored by lifeguards. Alternatively gran garbi mar has plenty of loungers along with kids and adult water slides just a short walk away. Dining room is spotless, but very busy at peak times, the guy monitoring the entrance was sound, such a lovely fella. Food was repetitive but certainly edible. No kids menu, but pizza and chips featured everyday, along with freshly cooked chicken breast, steak or kebab skewers. Breakfast has freshly cooked pancakes on some days, omelette on others along with usual breakfast fare in Spanish hotels. Our room was great, we had room 205, which overlooked the main road in lloret, but is far enough away to still be chilled out (if you can drown out the noise from the inebriated youths next door, and their mates hammering the doors . That said, a call to reception helped at least quieten it down. There's a free fridge in the room that we were really happy about. It's basic but very clean. Top tip, take a multi plug extension. Overall we really liked the hotel, the location is great for being close to shops/bars/places to eat etc. for us the only downside was that the groups of young UN's was a bit of a negative, but that's down to wafer thin walls. When I say you can hear everything from the rooms around you, it's not an exaggeration. Take ear plugs and you'll sleep well. Thanks to the staff for having us x

The worst Hotel in the world. The rooms are something like prison cells , everybody can do whatever they want, like playing football in the hallway , people screaming and singing like a donkeys until 3pm. Nobody gonna disturb them , not even e security guy , you can tell him whatever you want , he's gonna be like "para ki para ei" something in spanish and thats it. In the hallway area , you always gonna see people sleeping, hundred of luggages every morning near the elevator. The restaurant, i saw for example a kid who filled his glass with cola in the " all inclusive " machine , he didn't have the all inclusive bracelet , and immediately one lady that works there took it from his hand and threw it in the garbage. In the mornings you will have plenty of choices to eat like 4 different style of eggs 👌. JUST LOOK FOR ANOTHER HOTEL ,
