値段も安く、ロケーションも良く、内装も綺麗で、また行くことがあれば是非利用させていただきたいです!!夕食も徒歩5分圏内に選択肢がたくさんあります! Cheap fee! Good location! Clean room!!! I will use this hostel if I visit this city again. You have so many choices for dinner within 5min walk. That is one of big reasons why I recommend it!

Easy to find, beautiful hostel in Zhangjiajie style with very huge and well-designed facade in the center of city. The room is large with a lot of furnitures. It's quite cold in the midnight, some airconditions are old and need a lot of time to heat but it's still okay. The staffs are friendly, they can speak English well and suggest you a reasonable route to visit the Zhangjiajie National Park. The hostel sells the must-buy self-designed map cost 10Y, which is very helful to you to discover the National Park.

This centrally located, easy to find hostel did not meet our expectations. It was freezing cold inside, the mattresses were paper-thin and the staff did not speak a single word of English. Furthermore there was no information available on how to get to the National Park or the Mountain whereas these are pretty much the only sights people want to visit when travelling to Zhangjiajie. Although the shower provided us with warm water, it did not feel hygienic that the water drain was the hole in the ground toilet.

The place itself is cosy and well-decorated. I felt like I was home when staying there. However, It was very hard to find, since it's on a hill near Home Inn Hotel. You have to walk up the hill, then walk to the 4th floor of the building to reach the hostel.

Large handsome building of stone and wood located in town centre.Take number 6 bus from train/bus station [1 RMB] into town, when you see the KFC on your left the next stop is in front of the hostel; which is behind the statue of a lion suckling a child. I am told that the airport taxi should cost 50 RMB, the drivers will ask for much more; bargain hard. Helpful front desk although English is not always fluent; 19:00 hr briefing on the park is very helpful. Surprisingly smoking is allowed in the rooms and dorms although there is a no smoking sign over the front desk. Wifi on the lower floors works okay, the two desk computers can be sketchy. Roof top garden for al fresco dining [bring food in]. 5RMB to use washer, includes soap, hang to dry. Try to avoid staying in the back of the hostel unless you want to get your freak on: the gym just across the way plays very loud disco type music from about 17:00 hr for 3 or 4 hours.

Wey good price, the rooms where 90 yuan without bathroom for a large single. They have a bar area and nearby stores. I rate it just yo add to their score, most of the other reviews are correct and there is nothing else to add. The tours explanations are useful, our trip to the mountain wouldn't have been the same without their help.

Although it is a youth hostel, and ment to be, above a budget hotel, we even stanged our other hotel, because this place is just what you need after traveling China. Staff is very friendly and helpfull. The rooms are clean and cosy. Although the hostel is situated beween bars and noisy neighbourhood, it is also very central. You can have a good coffee, tea and fresh juices here as well. We only paid 88 rmb for a double room with a seperated bathroom.

As the subject... If you are looking for a hostel whereby the bus stop (Xing Yi Jia) is just right at your doorstep... This would be your choice. Besides transportation accessibility, you got a last resort MacD (24hrs) stone throw away, KFC in a 5 mins walk, a supermarket right at in the same 'building', hospital 5 mins walk, local food street alleys... The staffs are pretty much in general helpful and friendly... except their command of English is pretty limited thus many misunderstood their rudeness (much friendier to most of the other Chinese hostels), but worry not as they have a leader (shixiong) on duty and most of them can command understandable English. Another plus is that they do give free briefing in regards to the National Park tour at bout 7 or 8. Do get their map at 5 rmb... worth every penny. As for their rooms... nothing much serious to complain. The toilets do have quirks (as usual in China) but nothing serious since they have plentiful common toilets for your preference. Do note, they charge for air conditioning... another typical China shortcoming of earning every dollar you have at any chance. Oh ya! I do hope they implement a restriction or removal of the damm hair dryer after say 10pm. China Chinese just love to blow their hair dry any time they please irregardless of others. Noise nuisance is there still... but I have witnessed worse. If I am the management, I would implement a stricter and in effect after 10pm lights out.

This hostel is centrally located, cabs and buses can be caught just outside the hostel and there is a supermarket below as well as fast food chains and restaurants nearby. I wasnt really happy with the staff, they were sitting around in their staff room most of the time and couldnt answer most of my questions. Luckily they had a great map of Zhangjiajie National Park so I planned my trip there by myself. The double room I booked was great value and big,yet very cold due to the poor windows. The shared bathrooms were always dirty. There was no breakfast available and no dinner but they recommended a good streetfood place that you should check out while there. If you go outside and then follow the street direction north, take a left on the main road coming up and walk for about 4 minutes you will see a small alley and many food stalls on your left.
