We were seated by the hostess, she told us someone would be by to take our order, no one acknowledged us at all after the initial hostess. We waited 10-15 minutes for someone to take our order, no one came. In the mean time people came after us, got seated and had their orders taken, they got drinks and we still hadn’t been acknowledge. Needless to say, we left.

Had an exceptional experience here. Angel was very knowledgeable and helpful finding us what best suited our tastebuds. They have 20 beers on tap. The pretzels and pizza was delicious. Highly recommend this place.

Visited this brewery around 2:30 today. We wanted a beer and appetizer since it wasn’t meal time. We were told by the hostess we could sit up front outside. I am not familiar with their beer, so I went inside to order a beer and appetizer. I am told rudely that we cannot sit out front because we are not having a meal even though they are NOT too busy. The bartender was very rude when I asked to sample beer to find one I want and continued to slice limes rather then help me. We left and will not go back.

We recently stayed for the weekend in an upstairs room-delightful. Clean, the bed was comfortable, it was quiet even when there was a busy restaurant downstairs. Location is unbeatable! But the best part wasn't any of that....I accidentally threw away an unopened gift away by mistake, not realizing it until we had left. We called the inn, and Scott, who works there, searched the trash, found it and mailed it back to me the same day. Now, that is customer service!!!

Great service- friendly too! We enjoyed good and cold beer and wonderful food. The hamburger was juicy and a nice treat. The deep fried cheese curds and pretzel are a must. We sat outside and enjoyed the live music from a nearby venue! A hidden treasure for sure. We will back again.

We stayed upstairs at the inn for two nights recently and had a great weekend enjoying the town and the surrounding area. I highly recommend getting the largest room, the Stout. Everything was clean, comfortable, and it was nice to be able to wrap up the night with a drink downstairs at the bar and walk right up. The food was very good and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The owner came over when we had dinner the first night to say hi and make sure we had whatever we needed.

Have never been, but am trying their beer from the comfort of my own home And watching their brewery video. Looks like a quaint, “Cheers” kind of place. Beer is pretty tasty, IPA. I would go if given the opportunity and think you should too. Cheers! -Doug

Loved our delicious Bison burgers but came to sample the best beer in Western NC. Sent fresh 6 packs and Growlers of Kolsch to Texas to our friends! They were astounded and are headed to Blowing Rock. Keep up the great work guys & gals. If Y'all get more distribution you will put Blowing Rock Brewery on everyone's bucket list.

If you enjoy deep dish ‘Chicago-style’ pizza, delicious craft beers and a sports bar atmosphere (many TVs)- try this out. 8 of us had a wonderful evening. Tip: if you choose the pizza, order earlier than your group as it takes longer to prepare.
