I stayed in room 124. The outdated furnace/ air conditioner in the room ran continuously all night long. It was not a pleasant experience. I wouldn't recommend staying there, I sure won't again. I spoke to the front desk late that evening and they said there was nothing they could do about it at the time. Not happy.

Do NOT stay at this hotel! My daughter was robbed of valuable items valued at $1500, and management refuses to assist with recovery of these items, or assist with investigation. It is not a safe place, don’t be fooled by the less expensive rate!

Stayed here on an a cross country trip. From a value perspective (getting what you paid for) this was the worst hotel we stayed in, Paid three star price for a one star experience. In general the facilities are in serious need of an upgrade. The breakfast was pathetic. The very least I expect from a hotel is a good night's sleep and I didn't even get that. The fire alarm in the hallway kept going off during the night. I complained about that when checking out and was told that we would get a partial refund. Never received it - even thought I called a week later and was told it was in process. Bad experience all the way around.

Charged for an extra day. The manager or owner was less than honest. Truly a "Buyer Beware" situation. I will not use trip advisor. They should review their motel recommendations. He said we reserved the room a day earlier than we reserved it. I think the service should review the motels they include in their listings.

When we first arrived, the grounds were clean and inviting. When we walked into the lobby it was very quiet. (It was about 8:15pm ) Like everyone else in the country, they are short staffed, so we did have to wait a bit for the clerk to help us. No big deal, he was very kind and happy to help. Smooth sailing with check in. We got to our room, which seemed clean and didn't smell like funk. There were several ink stains on the carpet, but whatever. What did make me question the cleanliness was the giant handprint in the wall. The sheets smelled and looked clean. We checked for bedbugs,as we do in every place we stay. All clear there! The bed was comfortable, although the pillows were too soft for our liking, and the pillow cases were very rough. The TV and AC worked well. The walls are VERY thin, and we could hear all of the goings-on of our neighbors. The breakfast provided in the morning was as to be expected. Pour your own waffles, watered-down juice, toast, bagels, yogurt, cereal, etc. All in all, it was a pleasant stay. I did find out from the manager in the morning, that they have 1 house keeper for over 60 rooms, so there's that.

Anthony was very friendly, helpful and was doing more than his front desk job. He was quick to help us in any way that he could. He did a print out for us for directions we were needing and was just a pleasant young gentleman. Never saw housekeeping staff once in the 3 nights that we stayed there nor anyone ran a vacuum cleaner in that time either.

This was by far one of the worst rooms I've stayed in. It was dirty; food and crumbs on floor and in and on a/c unit, bathtub had black around tub. The carpets were full of stains in the room and around the hotel. The room had a funky, not good smell that wouldn't go away even when we opened the window. People hung out in the parking lot and made us feel unsafe. For almost $200 I expect a clean room. We didn't even stick around for breakfast in the morning because we just wanted to get out of there. Also, this hotel is nowhere near downtown Missoula and at least 10 minutes from anything fun in Missoula.

The Fairbridge inn in Missoula has outstanding hospitality and customer service. The staff helped us out with anything we needed and was always making sure we were stocked on everything. In particular Tristan was very kind and courteous. He was always working very hard to make sure the place was in tip top shape. 10/10 recommend the Fairbridge inn in Missoula.

This is perhaps the second review I've ever written because I have typically had decent stays at places and I don't have time to waste writing such reviews. That aside, I felt compelled to leave a review of my stay at the FairBridge. Firstly, I cannot believe this facility has passed inspection with the Health Department. It was absolutely gross. It stunk of stale cigarette smoke from the moment I entered the lobby. There were food particles on the carpet in the room and liquid film on the edge of the tub. This was the one and only night I chose to stay in a hotel during a 9 day bike pack trip. The previous night was so cold I slept in a pit toilet. It was clean, and in all reality, cleaner than this room I wasted $125 on. Let's just say I would not have let my pet loose in this room. Shame on whomever owns this hotel and operates it in this condition.

I was not able to make my booking . I called to cancel and was unable to get a refund . I talked to a manager and advised her to give my room away free of charge for the paid for night. I hope she did .
