I stayed here one night on a recent trip. The check in was nice. The price was great. The staff helped me with a few questions. The room was clean and quiet. The recommended a nice place to get food delivered from. It was a nice stay. I would stay again if in the area.

From check-in to check-out, every single staff member we came in contact with was top notch! It was a little tricky to find, but the GPS took us right there through an older neighborhood. We were a little concerned when there were several tour buses in the parking lot and we learned that LOTS of teenagers were on their way to a statewide track meet. But the hotel did a good job of keeping them together and we didn't hear any noise from the hallway. Most importantly - the room was CLEAN and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast buffet was super crowded the next morning but the woman keeping it up seemed to enjoy it. She was cheerful and friendly, in spite of the frantic pace. Everything was fresh and there was a variety we haven't seen in other Hampton's, including beautiful fresh sliced strawberries and red velvet cake waffle batter. Wish we had remembered to ask for individual names but this was our first stop on a multi-state roadtrip and we didn't think about it. The only thing that could've made it better - there was only one restaurant within walking distance and it was a bar-type grille, which was was okay, but it would've been nice to have more options. Suffice it to say, we cannot recommend this hotel enough and hope to pass through Billings again for another chance to stay there.…

We chose this property based on TA reviews and were not disappointed. It was nice to get a friendly greeting from Shay upon arrival. Everything was comfortable and good water pressure in the shower. The prices in town for lodging overall seemed a little high.

Not only is this hotel well-maintained, clean, and updated...but the staff go so far above and beyond to take care of guests. When our soccer team visited, many of our players had missed their middle school dance for the trip. We wanted to hold a "DIY" dance of our own. I emailed Cathy in Sales at 9:30 p.m. on a Friday night, and by 5:30 p.m. Saturday, she and her staff had put together a ballroom complete with decorations, sound system, a microphone, and tables. It was more than we ever could have asked...and made lifetime memories for a group of 12 year old girls. We will ALWAYS stay here!

I always use Hampton Inn if it's available, because they are consistently pleasant, comfortable, and clean. This one is staffed with friendly and helpful people, has the quality bed and bedding I've come to look forward to. But it could use another eye toward detail on cleaning. The surfaces in my room weren't wiped down, there was a flosser on the floor, the window had smears and smudges, and there was thick dust on the light fixture. I wiped the surfaces myself, see attached picture of the wash cloth. And there was someone's clothing left in the closet.

After two long days on the road and a nightmare of a stay, I called ahead to the Hampton in Billings. The front desk receptionist listened to my frustrations and the long list of needs I was looking for with compassion. He was helpful, and was able to get my family exactly what we were needing. Our room was the most spacious we've stayed in for years and was clean and comfortable.

We stayed here overnight towards the end of our long road trip. It’s a nice looking hotel, well-situated for visitors with plenty of free parking outside. The greeting on arrival from Jason (it may have been Jacob - it’s been a long trip) was very good and he got us sorted quickly. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the breakfast was good. We did get a wee bonus around midnight when we got a free look at a fire truck!! The fire alarm activated and many of the guests evacuated. It was a false alarm and it seems not the first that day - hopefully they have it sorted quickly!!
