They tried to give us a smelly room that they knew was bad. Did not have individual containers at breakfast for things like peanut butter, jelly, cream cheese, milk, etc. Towels were shorted. Things were left in the rooms.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Very quiet, good location. Food and shopping within minutes. Could have used just a bit more attention to detail on cleaning, could have been a bit less expensive. All in all I'd come back.

My stay was from 2-8-22 to 2-10-22. To start off with there is a horrible smell as you walk through the outside doors. When I got to my room a King bed room for reference, the is no chair at the table. There is a recliner that has seen better days as has the wall behind it. IN the bathroom the toilet leaks causing it to randomly flush/fill at night. The shower head was very nasty looking, and the faucet on the sink only sprayed a couple of little jet streams at the back of the sink. Making it very difficult to wash your hands. Before booking I asked whom ever answered the phone if they had a full continental breakfast at this location. She said yes yes we have breakfast here. The breakfast options consisted of 2 types of cereal and a gallon of milk that everyone shares. Now you mean to tell me that in the post Covid day and age we all share a single gallon of milk?? There was nothing offered for hot foods. They did have some crappy individually wrapped muffins and the like the looked like they had been around a while. To sum this all up. Don't waste your money staying here. Stay at the cobblestone inn and suites on the south end of town. This is a much better hotel experiece.

One night stay, breakfast options were horrible, bed was hard, outlets didn't have covers wires hanging out of wall. All in all not terrible, but the price was high for the quality. Needs updates and a lot of room fixes.

The hotel was very nice, clean, comfortable beds and shower was great. i ALWAYS enjoy the hot breakfast, just didn't happen on this stay. The waffle maker had a sign out of order, but nothing hot to replace it. Coffee was cold in the thermos, appeared to be from night before. Didn't expect this. I have always had good experiences with Super 8.

This is about to be lengthy... stay with me on this (or you can jump to my pro/con list at the end of this to skip my rant). This hotel was NOT worth what it cost ($266 after tax for 2 nights). We ended up upgrading to a suite because we found that the original room we booked was too small for what we needed (we have a 15 month old and needed room for our standard pack-n-play and there was no room to move around the room without bumping into something... and the pictures they provide are misleading). They moved us to the suite, no big deal, we just had to pay the difference. When you look at it, its eh.... decent.. until you spend time in it. And by time, I mean less than 10 minutes. The bedroom door wouldn't latch (apparently they had to bust down the door to get a kid out and never fixed it), the bathroom door wouldn't even shut all the way, the sink in the bathroom leaked, there wasn't any water pressure to the sink, my husband had to actually fix their tv so it would work correctly, when we turned the heater on we were prepared to put out a fire because it reeked of burnt... something, and we later found that the bed had 3 to 4 inches of wood poking out the sides which could have seriously injured our daughter. The room itself looked like it hadn't been updated in over a few decades. All these issues for a room that cost $266? We could have spent that much and stayed at a much nicer hotel. Which brings us to our cherry on top. THEY HAVE NO HOT TUB. Their site online and through Expedia all say they have a hot tub on the property. Seriously? If we'd gone to, say, Cobblestone, we would have paid as much as we did at Super 8 AND HAD A POOL AND HOT TUB. Talk about false advertising. Needless to say, we were pissed. They said if we left, we'd still be shelling out $133 of our total because we caused people to look elsewhere by booking the room (you're welcome, people). We don't have money like that to lose, so we decided to suck it up and just stay. Our continental breakfast was ridiculous. You'd think they'd have good variety. This is what they had: 4 pack of donuts, cereal, a few fruit choices, egg patties (yes, patties... and no sausage!), no sign of salt and pepper anywhere, yogurt from Walmart, they had a waffle maker, and English muffins. $266 for this... and the room... and no hot tub...? Go somewhere else. Seriously. Oh. And if you're a big snack machine person? Don't get your hope's up. That sucker was empty AF and I guarantee the 2 items inside were probably expired. The one star is because at least the bed was decent. And the manager ended up taking $20 off of each night of our stay, so it ended up being $224. Still ridiculous. PROS: Decent bed. Decent shower. Eco-Friendly toilet. $40 was taken off our $266 stay for 2 nights. Staff was friendly (not too sure about management). CONS: Leaking bathroom sink. Bathroom sink had no pressure. Microwave was from the 70s. Refrigerator door dragged against carpet. Heater smelled like it was catching fire. Lawsuit worthy wood sticking out from under the bed. False advertisement- NO HOT TUB. Terrible breakfast selection. Breakfast room seating was filthy (back sweat.... ew). Empty vending machine. Big tv was in the bedroom, tiny tv in living area. Internet was wack. Doors wouldn't shut or latch. I hope our review helps you. If the owners read this.... do better.

Our stay at the Knoxville Super 8 was very positive. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and even smelled fresh and clean when we entered.. The bed was comfy, and the breakfast was more than adequate with waffles, cereals, yogurts, fresh fruits, and more.

Terrible place to stay. Checked in then went to see family come back several hours later, turn down the sheets, sheets were dirty could tell someone and slept in them the night before. Person desk told me they could not refund money without the manager spent the night in Pella at the Holiday Inn. Next day talk to manager and he refused to refund, said he would call the owner and get back with us and never did. If it all possible avoid this place

I would avoid this hotel. The room smelled like cigarette smoke and mold. Room was very dirty. Felt unsafe as a single female traveler-lots of shady stuff, people sitting in cars for several hours in the parking lot. Breakfast was very minimal.
