We stayed at the Keystone Motel for two weeks. Husband and I had a wonderful vacation. Danielle was wonderful to work with along with the rest of her family! The location is amazing across from beach and close to shops and places to eat! Keystone in Passa-A-Grille is a hidden gem!! We will be back!! 🤩

We stayed at the Keystone for 1 week in March 2023. The location is simply amazing as it’s on the beach. The motel itself is not fancy but it’s clean and the owners are nice. Pool and sitting area are nice too when you need some shade. Beds were comfy and air conditioning worked just fine.

Love love love! Owners were super nice! The rooms were large, we stayed in the 2 bedroom, 2 bath with kitchen, tv in everyroom and newly renovated. The room also had a great view of the pool, you can not beat this location, close to everything. We will be back!

The good- Location is great, front desk help was friendly when she was there. The bad/weird- No ice machine, towels every three days? no shampoo. The really bad- To get ice you ave to go to the hurricane restaurant next door owned by the same family. You have to go when they are open. We were warned by a guest who was there that beware when you ask for ice ask real nice and don't go too often. We laughed but he was spot on. The employee at the restaurant /bar was very nice but one time on our last day we took the little bag to get ice as our ice bucket was cracked and leaked all over our phones. The owner came running over and said tell them if hey don't have the bucket they get no ice....we tried to tell him our bucket was broke. The Rude man actually put his hand up and said excuse me im talking --What a moron. Customer service anyone? At the point after he cut my wife off I said look " we don't need your ice". Whats ice? oh its actually free....We always have a good time on all of or trips but after we left we decided that the rudeness of that restaurant makes it a negative vibe. I must add Upon asking we did receive shampoo in our room. Lots of signs asking for gratuity for service but there really isn't any service. You know a smile and warm greeting goes a long way. As a business owner I can't imagine how long they've been treating folks like this.....Not many places to eat nearby....we drove to johns pass and Indian rocks to eat as the attempt to eat at the hurricane was also a negative. Also lots of cigarette smoke I guess smoking is allowed here in case you smoke

I prefer to give privately owned establishments my business when possible and was happy to find the Keystone Motel. Staying here is like stepping back in time - nothing fancy but clean and comfortable beds with updated bathrooms. The location is close to several restaurants, and we had a beautiful view of the Gulf from our window. Loved sleeping with the window open to hear the surf. When we were done at the beach for the day, we enjoyed relaxing by the pool. Since we had a room with no kitchenette, I can’t speak to that. We didn’t have daily cleaning service (which I actually prefer - don’t need someone coming into my room every day) but did receive fresh towels when requested. (And they even had beach towels for us to use.) The owner was very accommodating. Would definitely stay here again.

Requested room with refrigerator, didn't happen. First room we were given keys to had a man sleeping in the bed!!! Had to wait 45 minutes for someone to return to the office for us to get a different room! I knew it was no frills, but this was ridiculous. The steps can not be up to code, everyone had to go down them sideways! Having knee surgery so asked to be moved to first floor, OMG would have thought I asked for the moon! Have to stand outside the room for wi-fi, electrical can not be code. So much mold in bath faucet it was coming out as we tried to shower. Could spit harder than water pressure, no toilet lid, no shelving in bath. TV didn't work. Asked to get money back so we could move but couldn't get back to them again before they were gone. Went back when we saw them there and the witch said, "That offer was for Tuesday only"!! Do not even look at this place, the owners are rude and do not know what customer service is. You can only get new towels every 3 days and that's if you beg. NASTY!!!! Was not full, but owners kept saying it was.

This 1940s vintage motel was the perfect spot for us when we visited friends in St. Pete area Aug. 3-5, 2021. Immaculately clean, comfortable, very reasonably priced. It’s right across street from a beautiful stretch of St. Pete Beach in historic Pass-a-Grille. Convenient walk to restaurants including the Seahorse, Paradise Grille and Hurricane bar and grill, along with 8th Avenue shopping district. We’ll definitely be repeat customers.

I'll start with the good - great beach, decent beds, nice living room furniture. Now the not SO GOOD - very poor customer service, office was closed most of the time, bathroom essentials were missing or lacking (soap, toilet paper, towels) room servicing was to be done every 2 days - didn't happen! Parking is free- but "take whatever you find" sometimes that means around the block. Spoke with others staying, none of us are going back.
