Stayed here for 1 night whilst passing through. All accommodations in the area were expensive and this was one of the least. We read reviews of others in the area and this was one of the better, for the cost. However, the room was not acceptable. Sheets were soiled, stained and thread bare. Towels were also stained. The room smelled of stale food. We demanded a room change, which we got and although the sheets were clean(er), the room still smelled damp. We only stayed here as it was late and there were no alternatives. The worst motel we have stayed in in the US. They should not be in operation. If you are looking for a place to stay whilst passing through, then keep driving! The accommodation further east is better and cheaper.

So I've been coming to Pensacola for many years and would never have thought I'd stay at this place as it is in a kind of gross area and has always looked a bit gross itself. But for this stay I was just passing through for a short night stay and saw it on Hotwire for 40 bucks all in, so I decided to roll the dice. Yes, the area was still gross and there was definitely a slightly scary feeling in the parking lot as I could just sense the shady stuff going on there. But the appearance of the place was better than expected and was cleaner and newer than I had prepared myself for. The parking lot looks like it was just repaved which really makes the place look better than it ever has. The room was quite clean. The bathroom and shower were fine. The TV worked well. The bed was okay. I did see a few shady looking characters walking around the place, but nobody bothered me at all. So I'll rate this place as an overall average because for 40 bucks I got what I'd consider an average stay worth about 40 bucks. If I'd paid more the rating would certainly be lower. I will consider staying here again in the future if I can get the same rate.…

My family and i couldn't find another hotel available on a last-minute notice. We now know why this hotel was the only thing available. We saw many prostitutes come and go throughout the night and it was very loud. Upon check-in we noticed our room smelled like a smoking room even though we requested a non-smoking. We had multiple cigarette burns on the beds and the carpets and there is even huge holes in the carpet for my guess an all night acid Fest put on by the local crack addicts anonymous. This room cost us $100 for the night. I wish I had paid with card rather than cash so I can dispute the transaction! This room was worth maybe $15! Just a horrible experience, I wouldn't waste your money on this place. I told the business about what was going on and they did not want to work with us at all even though they had another room that is non-smoking and I had children with me! I wish I could post a picture of this room, the most disgusting Hotel I've ever stayed at!…

Had a wonderful experience at this hotel. Friendly staff and quite helpful. Experienced that southern hospitality here. Accessible parking, nice swimming pool. Kids friendly, our room was a good size clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend this place.

Checked in and went to room. Could not get internet connection. Manager came and still could not get. He told me it was my computer that was the problem. Priceline showed motel as rated 10 for staff, 10 for cleanliness and 10 for location. Staff can be rated less than 1 by me based on my experience, Cleanliness was 6 at best. I left the motel and manager would not refund the money. I contacted Booking.com and they said he would not refund my money because I stayed longer than 30 minutes. I did not. Avoid this motel.

This is a cheap motel with all the things you expect in a cheap motel- the rooms were pretty clean, except for a couple things like a spot of urine on the bathroom floor (it was behind the door so I'm sure housekeeping just didn't see it) and a black curly hair in one of the towels (we all have fair straight hair). The front desk guy was nice and I really appreciated the motel's strict quiet at night rule. The area seems like it might be a little sketchy- there were lots of sirens throughout the night, and I heard a man a couple rooms down yelling loudly (and vulgarly) at someone, but we didn't have any problems. It served its purpose of a cheap place to crash on the way to our actual destination, but I wouldn't recommend staying very long.

Booked a king bed though Expedia, but a rough experience before our arrival resulted in a request for a pair of doubles, if available. Clerk was very accommodating and provided me with the room as requested, although it would be on the second floor of the hotel. I silently accepted that as a better alternative to the single bed, but as I was leaving, the clerk noticed my handicapped tag or perhaps a note on my prior reservation, and gladly provided a double bedroom near the check in office on the ground floor. The area is a typical low-end motel strip, but suited our needs and budget. Plenty of food options nearby as well as a WalMart nearby. The television situation was interesting because each remotes is programmed to different rooms and they are all stored back in the office when not in use. Room condition was par for the price paid and was a welcome place to crash for a couple of days.…

It is a hotel that is perfect to grab a nights rest. They are in the process of remodeling. The weekends are a bit loud, yet, I am a veteran traveler and usually am working late into the night. Cheap and often the only one available for impromptu bookings
