Nothing awful and nothing outstanding. It was an average stay. Everyone was super friendly. The hotel needs a bit of an upgrade as things are slightly worn but still functional. The bed was very comfortable. I do HATE the large bottles in the shower and want to go back to individual bottles. I am afraid those days are gone.

This hotel has friendly staff and clean rooms! with a full kitchen, you’re able to do your own cooking. The rooms are very spacious with the bedroom somewhat separated from the living room/kitchen area. It’s in a great location and close to great restaurants.

I have a 2 bedroom suite. That means I have multiple people in the room. As per most hotels there are small trashcans and only 4 large towels. I was told at check in if you wanted house keeping to call daily before 9am (this is incorrect and check in staff needs to be told not to tell customers this). I called at 8:04. I was told no daily housekeeping. They could come today or tomorrow but not both. When I inquired as to why I was told that they no longer provide this service because Marriott did a survey with their members and the members stated that they don't change their sheets every day so the hotel decided that they would not provide daily service. They said it would help save water. I have never been under the impression that your sheets are changed daily if you stay multiple days. They make the bed with the existing sheets unless you request new sheets or put them on the floor. They also usually only replace towels that are on the floor if you have them hung up they leave them alone. So basically all that's needed is them to come in make the bed with the existing sheets and take out the trash and if towels need to be replaced then they can be replaced. so there is no water to be saved there is no extra washing that would be done by them coming in my room seeing my towels hung to be used again tomorrow seeing my sheets still on the bed to be used again tomorrow all I really need is someone to take out my trash. When I explained this she said their policy is people put their trash in the hallway... So I pay the same rate as before without any additional service and I get to walk up and down the hallway with bags of trash everywhere. I travel quite a bit. Last month I was at a holiday inn in Dallas. You didn't have to request anything. They came in every day and did the same thing that they've always done before covid. No requests no complaints just the typical service that's been provided for the past 30 years at hotels. It was a perfect stay. 2 weeks before that I was at a Hilton property in Vegas and again daily service without having to call. Marriott wants to cut corners and provide fewer services for the same price. So now at Marriott we can either have rooms with overflowing trash or hallways with overflowing trash. Customers choice!

Reasonable pricing for a great 1-bedroom suite. Lots of counter space. Comfortable beds. Excellent wifi and TV selections. Good breakfast offerings but would have liked yogurts. Fast elevators. Our room was clean and housekeeping showed up each time we requested it. Could have used more hangers. Laundry room needs work: only 1 of the 3 washing machines was working, one dryer also out of order and the dryer lint traps all need the screens replaced. Personnel all quite friendly and helpful, but especially Bonnie at the front desk who was above and beyond helpful. We will definitely be returning. Other than these minor nits, this is just a great facility,

This hotel could be a 5. Rooms are very roomy and comfortable but the AC unit is very loud and seems to drive temperature well below and above set point. The location is perfect with highway entrances and shopping nearby. The free breakfast could be very good but seems short staffed and the selections are often limited or out. waffles and french toast were best. cereal selection limited. oatmeal dried out. they need a second person.

We stayed at this property as part of a longer family vacation. We like Residence Inns and try to stay at them whenever possible. This property had a perfect location just north of Denver, right off the Boulder Turnpike. Upon checking in the lack of upkeep in the parking lot was very noticeable. There were broken bottles in the parking lot and the trash cans in the common areas were overflowing. The lawn near a side entrance was littered with trash. Upon entering the buildings, it wasn't any better. This property was filthy. Our room was little better. One of the showers (we had two bathrooms) hadn't been cleaned in a while. The carpet was dirty and the kitchen was missing utensils. Breakfast at the property was without a doubt the worst Residence Inn breakfast we've ever experienced. Eggs were inedible and they ran out of coffee. The worst thing about it was we paid over $300 for the night's stay...never again. There are many choices in this area, do yourself a favor and pass on this Residence Inn.

Great location right off 36. Nice sized room and view of mountains on even numbered rooms. Lots of stores nearby. Disappointing that most of the staff goes maskless even as hotel has signs that masks are REQUIRED. Breakfast was below standards. No way to cut or toast bagels. Limited other choices. Not what we’ve become accustomed to.

This “hotel” is Sh_t Hole! Dirthy and filthy is the best way to describe it. They vacuum the hallways (sort of) once a week! They never cleaned our room even after we told them to. I booked our stay for 2 weeks in this place! Our room was filthy beyond description! Door Lock was broken and never fixed! Carpets were so dirty, our feet turned black right after coming out of the shower! Website description is totally misleading! We DIDN’T got the room we paid for! “breakfast” is pure junk! I can not even call it breakfast! It was grab and go junk! But they advertise it on their website as full breakfast! What A Scam! The manager of that property (Robert Vignola) should be FIRED! He forcefully tried to check us out, after I can to him with a list of these legitimate complains! He was verbally ABUSIVE and VIOLENT and totally rude when I met with him. I had to contact Marriott Corporate to file an official complaint against this manager and his stuff. Also, this property is not run by “Marriott”! It’s a franchise, belongs to someone else who doesn’t give a dam about this place. Disciplinary action was taken against this property manager, and we were somehow compensated by monetary refund. I have taken pictures of our filthy room carpet and other pictures of that property. Stay Away From This Disgraced Place! There Are Way Better Hotels In That Area To Spend Your Hard Earned Money On!!!

When traveling, we stay at a Residence Inn whenever possible. This was a very disappointing hotel that lacked any standards of a typical Marriott property. The hotel was very dirty - - our 2 bedroom suite had filthy tile floors, lights that didn't work, sheets that were so wrinkled that they looked like they were left to sit in the dryer while damp. I've never seen less appealing bedding at a hotel. The couch was plastic and made you feel like you were sitting in a hospital room. Dresser drawers didn't close, the bathroom door was damaged. Lighting in the dark and dirty hallways was a mishmash of cool toned light bulbs and warm toned light bulbs. No attention to any detail. The pool was absolutely freezing. We were lied to by the front desk regarding the status of the pool. Looking at older reviews, the ice cold water has been a problem for quite awhile. The pool was a major disappointment to our kids. The breakfast was crazy - - English muffins with nothing to put on them except butter. No jam or honey. Only oranges for fruit. I realize that the breakfast is free but for the $376 we paid per night, you would think there would be more effort put forth. We are Bonvoy Silver Elite members and do enjoy staying at Marriott properties. However, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It needs a complete overhaul and possibly new ownership. A complete and total waste of money on our 3 night stay.
