This is a really nice property and a highly recommended place to stay. Everything about our stay was great from start to finish. Very comfortable beds, lots of hot water and a good shower with plenty of nice towels. I was really surprised to have daily maid service, which seemed like a distant memory for hotels. The only area of improvement might be the "hot" breakfast items...especially the sausage gravy which was a mix and did not do much for me. Everything else was as expected and the coffee was very good. Definitely would recommend!

I am giving this 4 for the wonderful staff. When I had to leave because of illness, they took car of refunding our room for the days we had left on our reservation and the points used. I can’t say enough about them.
We had rented a handicapped room and the shower was good. Handicapped room generally have ADA approved toilets and bed which are accessible by all people. The bed was way too high and the toilet was way too low. Lower than a standard toilet. This was found in another Hampton we stayed at as well.
But this is specific to this hotel and why I gave a 4. They are dog friendly which is great but when someone stays there with a dog, the furniture and room needs to be cleaned thoroughly. Our room smelled like wet dog, especially the sofa. It was so strong, you could smell it as you entered the room.

Eight day stay. Great staff, clean hotel. Though daily room cleaning is no longer standard, they were very willing to do so when asked. Breakfast is standard fare for the chain, and was adequately staffed for the morning rush.

This hotel is conveniently located off exit 138 and is in close proximity to several restaurants - Outback, Carraba's, Wild Wings, Chucky Cheese, Arby's, and Chili's, to name a few. A large arena is across the parking lot and it is about 10 minutes away from the Olympic Training Center. The hotel provides a good breakfast variety. There is fruit provided in the large lounge along with coffee and tea in the foyer. Staff was helpful. This was our second stay at this hotel and we would stay there again if in the Colorado Springs area.

I stayed here in early November to see my son who is in the U.S. Army stationed at Fort Carson. It's a short trip to the base and we were able to spend few days together. Due to the COVID pandemic all housekeeping was cancelled unless requested. The hotel was clean and quiet and we were able to relax and enjoy ourselves. We never used the to-go breakfast option however it was offered to us. The hotel is located near several restaurants and shopping areas and we weren't far from anything. Very clean and nice hotel, everyone we had contact with was very friendly. I would stay here again.

I drove in the night before a conference elsewhere and used Hilton Points. Check-in was easy, the room was clean and in good condition, everything worked. Complimentary breakfasts are usually pretty consistent, not great, but pretty good with good variety.

We had approximately 40 rooms for two hockey teams stay at the Hampton Inn South and in the many years we have traveled for tournaments around the nation, this staff and service was the best we have experienced. They are respectful, attentive, supportive, just amazing. The beds are comfortable, showers hot, towels and room amenities are very good.

I booked this Hampton because the Expedia description mentioned this was a newer facility. Was going to book the Garden of the Gods resort, but they could not a accommodate all the days we needed.
1. I booked the last regular king room. At check in. The only options we were offered was a handicap king or 2 queens. We choose the handicap King room.
2. room: The room was clean, but old. The sheets didn’t fit the bed and the seams we’re facing out. We stayed seven says and it was 7 days of pulling the sheets back on the corners of the bed.
3. I ordered housekeeping, but was too late so the front desk told me I couldn’t get housekeeping. Not 100% the hotels problem, but just understand Covid-19 travel. We felt like we were taking care of our own towels and trash.
4. Hot breakfast is not offered due to covid. So it was just grab and go. I was disappointed because that was one of the main reasons I booked the Hampton.

There are definitely better Hamptons. I felt like they were doing the best they could with covid, but maybe update your advertising to not lead people to believe this is a new hotel. The Hampton in Denver was serving hot breakfast and was a lot nicer.

My wife and I were taking a cross country trip from L.A. We stayed two nights at this conveniently located and affordable hotel. It wasn’t in a scenic or touristy area. But it did provide the key we needed which was being very assessable from I-25.
The staff was incredibly helpful and kind. We felt safe and welcomed by their kind attitudes and great Covid-safe precaution protocols.

Due to COVID Restrictions breakfast was very limited and somewhat frustrating. Despite this challenge - this hotel was definitely the Retreat place we needed our our Road Trip.

Pretty good. Next to movie theater. Lots of restaurants nearby. Good location. Breakfast had no meat and only one waffle station, so you better come before 9, though it opens from 6-10am. The gym was ok. Didn’t try the indoor pool. Quiet and I asked for no pet room for past month.
