We were supposed to stay for 5 days. The room was fine but the hotel was a disaster. On our first day there was warm, not hot, water. On the second day the water was cold. This was a Sunday and we were told that no one was going to fix it (the people working there were nice but completely unempowered to do anything). They were going to continue to check people into a hotel with no hot water. Besides being a health code violation this is a huge breach of trust with the customers. Incredible. The hotel is also doing a huge renovation, making it a giant mess. On Sunday morning the workers started banging outside at 6 AM. The very loud music started in the hallway when the floor installers arrived later in the morning. The pool was closed but there was no sign and people were using…

Stayed one night while traveling up through CO in March 2021. A nicely maintained hotel in a nice location that is close to the freeway and the rest that the area has to offer. We had our two young children with us.

I was not forewarned about the entire building in scaffolding and the 3rd floor under construction. I was told they would be working 8-4, we arrived 12/23. They were at it on the 24th at 7:10, they worked Christmas, and Sunday. I have always received a notice with an upcoming reservation about construction. I was passed my cancellation time-frame. I am a loyalty member, but will not return to this accommodation unless an absolute emergency. There are too many other options in the same area.

Even though this hotel was under renovation when we stayed there, the room was very clean and the staff was friendly and welcoming. Not a lot of breakfast choices but it wa still good. Would definitely stay here again.

Had a reservation for Thanksgiving weekend, non smoking, 2 beds. Checked in and received "the last room" which was a smoking room with one bed. Check in clerk lied to my face and said since I was checking in "late" that's all he had. Imagine, a cancer survivor being forced to sleep in a smoking room. When I had a reservation # for nonsmoking and 2 beds. Lucky for me, the Holiday Inn right next door had availability for my entire stay, nice bright CLEAN NON smoking room at the Holiday Inn. Go to Holiday Inn - DO NOT GO TO HAMPTON INN - something fishy going on there.

We booked a king bed, and when we got there were told they didn't have any. The bathroom had mold on the ceiling which they had tried to paint over, but did it poorly (and didn't tape off so the paint was over sprayed on the shower surround and wallpaper). This is probably why the room smelled funny. The furniture and walls were banged up. The building was under construction and at 7am construction workers were at our window banging and working. Then a little after 8am the cleaning crew tried to get into our room to clean - we hadn't checked out yet. We always stay at Hampton Inns, and this was our worst experience.

The ladies at the front desk are great super helpful super friendly that was the only positive thing about the place. I pool looked very not bad but didn’t use it There was A room being worked on above us so instead of staying in our room we just left and came back later in the evening when they were done. Window is stuck open so I had to hear traffic all night in the AC barely put out cold air. There even was an older guy changing in the parking lot it didn’t seem like anyone cared

Hotel is tired and old. Bathrooms have seen better days. Staff is friendly, but not overly attentive. Highway noise is prevalent in room as the hotel is right on interstate. Just a very basic hotel stay, could do better elsewhere.

The Hotel is very clean, quite and friendly faces. Professionalism was over the top with safety, cleanliness and customer service top notch. They took care of the needs before I even ask. Had to stay for a lengthy stay until my home was bought and made the transition from out of state to in state a great welcome.
