There are many issues with this hotel: - $443.85/night for their cheapest room (granted it was a holiday weekend) - Difficulty with their booking website (hard to navigate, bad error messages for failed transactions). - Check-in issues (We showed in the evening because of holiday traffic and nobody was available for the check-in.) - Tones of noise from the road traffic! This made it very difficult to sleep. - The room is very bright there are no shades, so couldn't sleep in late. - The furniture and carpet very old and stained. - There is no on site people after hours. - Electric vehicle charger not working. (see attached pic) - TV from the 90s. Small and can’t see from bed. - Toilet lid doesn’t work in the bathroom (wouldn't stay up) - Definitely not 5 star hotel. Most 2 stars at best.

La Maison Hotel in Palm Springs, is hands down one of the worst hotels that we've ever stayed. No way in the world this is 5 star. Not even 3 star. Here it goes: 1. Zero Personality Front Desk Person 2. Amateur presentation and service of "limited" refreshments and cold popcorn 3. Misplaced entry code, came back 7pm and couldn't get anyone to answer via doorbell or phone. Stood outside 1 hr before someone opened (was a guest) 4. Pool towels and service all sitting out next morning when we woke up. Disgusting. 5. No warm coffee by 6am. Front desk person just lounging in office. Think her name was Blanca. Absolutely terrible. 6. Way Overpriced and All photos are misleading. Save your money. Trust me. This place is a joke, and needs to be reclassified.

My wife and I stayed here for a couple of days mid-week and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Walking through the gate into the courtyard is like walking through some kind of portal - you’re instantly surrounded by peace and quiet. The pool area is beautiful, made even more so by the hummingbirds. Our room was spotless, and there were lots of little touches that really made it feel like we were in a small five star hotel someplace in Europe. The staff was great, very friendly and helpful without being intrusive at all; special thanks to Blanca for the warm welcome (with glasses of white wine!). We’ll be back!

We stayed at this charming hotel with the most friendly and personable staff. The warm welcome made us feel right at home. The attention to detail and personalized service throughout our stay were truly commendable. I highly recommend this hidden gem!

My wife and I had the pleasure of staying with La Maison recently. The pictures are accurate, but they don't do it justice. And Blanca, who is more than willing to introduce you to her hummingbirds, and makes guests know that they are welcome, is an absolute gem. She was incredibly welcoming and made our stay memorable.

Beautiful, relaxing, pleasant, friendly. Our rate on Monday, December 5, 2023 was $130/night plus $30 Resort fee plus state tax plus Tourist tax. You will never get away from taxes ...Resort fees ruffle my feathers - But that is "life in the big city". This 12 room "Hotel" is Nice, clean, and walking distance to a shopping center that has "everything" you would ever need ... And is our second time in ten years, and is "Simply Pleasant". The pictures accurately represent the property. Jeff Linehan

A wonderful hotel, desert oasis! The hotel was very quiet, peaceful and beautiful! We arrived early evening, our room was cool and airy, a necessity with the outdoor temperature being so hot, and steps away from the lovely pool. Homemade cookies and bottled water were welcoming after a long journey and helped us unwind before we headed out for a bite to eat. On our return we tried out the pool, it was amazing, we had it all to ourselves…the hot tub too! Swimming under the stars, palm trees gracefully watching over us, doesn’t get much better than that! We left an order for breakfast on our door in the evening and it was promptly delivered to our room in the morning. We sat outside under the shaded canopy and enjoyed yoghurt, toast, granola, fresh fruit and specialty coffees, service was excellent!

Absolutely love this hotel.  Stayed last year and loved it so much we decided to revisit. Working in the hospitality industry for almost 20 years  I usually enjoy checking out different properties, but... this is the spot! I loved it even more the second time.  A charming little hidden gem.  Great for a romantic or relaxing getaway. The rooms are spotless. The grounds are beautifully kept and the pool/spa are clean. The staff is gone around 5pm so you have the place to yourself.  Sitting by the fire pit, swimming in the pool or a bbq in the outdoor kitchen area.  You are free to make yourself at home. Everything you need is there. Even more amazing than the place itself is the staff.  Blanca the lovely women who works mornings to set up breakfast actually remembered us from the year before.  The new manager Star is also phenomenal.  They make you feel more like you are staying with friends than in a hotel.  The personal touches are well above and beyond.   Will definitely be staying here again

We were due to spend a couple of nights in Palm Springs and found the La Maisonette on Booking.com. We lucked out and ended up staying a couple of extra nights. The hotel is very much boutique with around 12 rooms surrounding a pool with a kitchen and BBQ area. Very simple set up but it works perfectly. The rooms, the service and facilities are all perfect. We will definitely be going back
