When it's time to take some time off and hit the beach, you'll find you have everything you need for a relaxing vacation at Phoenix East in Orange Beach. Each of the luxury condos at Phoenix East provide gorgeous views of the Gulf, from private balconies and through floor-to-ceiling windows. The condos come fully furnished as one-, two-, or three-bedroom units, sleeping up to 8 people. The units come with a washer and dryer and fully functional kitchens so you can live in comfort and call Orange Beach your home away from home. Phoenix East has many things you probably don't have at home, as well, including indoor and outdoor pools, and even a Splash Pad to provide hours of fun for the little ones. Stay fit by playing basketball, tennis, or racquetball on the condo grounds. You can also jog or lift weights in the exercise room. Pass your evening by relaxing in the hot tub or in the sauna after a long day of fun in the sun at the beach. At the doorstep of Phoenix East, the beach itself is the main attraction, with its sugary sands and gorgeous blue Gulf waters. The property is located 8 miles east of Hwy. 59. It's centrally located to many restaurants and shops, and activities, too, such as dolphin cruises and charter fishing. Picturesque Perdido Pass is visible from its Gulf-front balconies and offers the perfect place for sightseeing boats and coastal wildlife.
Outdated, no updates since built, dirty floors, dirty sheets, mold on ceilings, broken door in utility area in pieces when arrived, just left washer in middle of floor, no knobs on cabinets, very uncomfortable beds, old carpet in bathroom is disgusting, dirty chair and couch. Could not even sit and enjoy. Cannot say anything nice about this unit. This was the only unit left when booking and now I know the reason. Phoenix East, unit 609. Do NOT stay. You will be disappointed. Close and renovate.

Stayed Phoenix East 1507 & condo is in need of work. Mattresses are past due needing to be replaced. Water heater was Not working when we arrived. Lights and tv remotes not working. Do Not stay in unit till till is updated. Tried to leave a review with Brett Robinson, but they don’t allow reviews. Left list of 11 items that need attention with front desk. Front desk attendants were nice. Slow to check water heater till I told the staff it was leaking on floor. Very disappointed in Brett Robinson.

Great place with a great staff. My son had t print and fax something for work for work that was unexpected and was needed right away. The front desk staff Rosie and Tanya worked fast to get it printed and faxed for us. We want to thank them. They went above and beyond. The grounds were great.

Unit 605 outdated, broken tile on balcony, pieces of wood furniture and screws on balcony, balcony table broken, carpet nasty in bedroom, couch stained, outside cushions stained, unable to use bed couch due to mattress, and glass doors need to be cleaned. Very disappointed! They did shampoo the carpets and refund the first night since we were up until after midnight stripping the bed and dirty towels left on back of bathroom door. It’s a shame the owners have not been made to update and maintain this unit.

Loved #1205, bed was SO comfortable and crucial to me with a "bad" back. Clean, pleasingly appointed unit. Kitchen - everything you'd want and easily accessible. Love the wide-angle view of the beach and the pass. Only negatives were a stopped up tub (maintenance arrived quickly to fix it), a broken Keurig (owner had a new one delivered) and an exercise facility with broken HVAC. That took about 24 hours to fix. Snaffus I expect at the "end" of the season. The only real complaint was that the beach in front of the building was being built up by big machines that were pouring and transporting sand all day and into the night. That also meant an industrial size pipe running along the shore, so it was difficult to access the water. Ok with us and most here, because we were mostly older and it was cooler than expected.…

Now, first I need to start with the good. The staff here all around were outstanding and SO SO nice!!!!! The place is extremely dated!!! We stayed in unit 602 and it is really like make believe. Like sponge painting on the walls. Has not been updated in atleast 20 years. I was here for business and I am embarrassed that anyone had to spend money on that place. If it were 50 dollars a night, it might be ok, but it was not. It even has a bath fitter walk in shower and water goes everywhere. The air did work and the water was hot but that should not be the bar. Stay away.

Stayed in Unit 807, and what a dump! Waste of money! Most outlets didn’t work. Chipped paint, scuffed walls every room. OLD and badly used kitchen appliances, esp the stove. Many bulbs out (shame on bldg maintenance for not handling before we checked in). Public wi-fi (for the cost, they should provide password). Bldg just as bad. Malfunctioning elevators, broken hose nozels on boardwalk, bugs for days on the lobby floor. Needs to be renovated!!

We are in our second week of a two week rental in Phoenix East 1206. The condo is just beautiful. I enjoy the balcony very much, but have noted smoke drifting up from lower balconies at times. I thought the condos were supposed to be non-smoking. Also, I noted towels hanging from balconies-also against the rules. The grounds and facility are very nice and the staff is pleasant. I could look at this view forever.

We booked condo 1106 August 1-6, 2021 at the last minute. There was nothing available at all along the coast line that was waterfront. I was nervous about the condo due to the last minute booking and questioned why it was available. However, the condo was updated and very nice with a wonderful view. The kitchen had everything you need. The only complaint with the condo is the beds and pillows were not comfortable. I rated 3 stars because the building is not maintained well at all. I never saw anyone cleaning. The elevators need work. We did see the pool being cleaned in the very early morning which was great because I questioned when this was taking place. If I paid the maintenance fee to own a condo in this building I would not be very happy. This facility also doesn't have any of the amenities that we like to have such as a snack bar or bar area. The beach sand was beautiful. The beach chair service was great. We had Leilany (spelling?) and she was wonderful. The beach wasn't too crowded which was nice. The water was not great during our stay as there was mossy type seaweed. It didn't prevent you from swimming but it kept the water less clear. Occasionally you would get wind blowing in the wrong direction and smell the seaweed which wasn't great. All of this isn't the reason for a 3 star rating as that is Mother Nature. Due to lack of staff it was extremely difficult to go out to dinner. For places that take reservations you need to plan prior to your arrival. We went during normal dinner time to try to eat out and we were not able to find a place. We ended up ordering pizza that had a 2 hour wait time. For those not taking reservations, show up no later than 5:30 for a 1 to 1.5 hour wait. Again this is not a reason for my rating as this is covid related with workers still on unemployment. Overall, having stayed in Gulf Shores, Destin and Watercolor this would not be my first choice for location. I don't think I will go back to Orange Beach but if I did I would find a better property.…

We couldn’t sit on the balcony much because of people always smoking. The entire building is non-smoking but talk is cheap. I understand how difficult it is to control this, but don’t advertise if you can’t provide!
