It is a centrally located property. It is certified by Rajasthan Tourism Department in Gold catagory(a government of Rajasthan organization). We ourselves stay there.

Lovely place like a 2nd home.Narendra uncle and Veena aunty are two great human beings.Rooms are huge with attached clean bath. The room I selected had a dressing room too which was extrmly helpful.Aunty nd her assistant Jay bhaiya knows magic while cooking.Uncle nd aunty joined us each time we took d food.It was like 2nd home.I have no complaints.Posting the pics of dining room which is lovely with a fountain. My daughter loved this place so much that for all our future visit we hv fixed this place only. The only part where I found it a bit hard was d dinner charge. Its 400 per person which I found fine for adults but I feel for children atleast till d age of 12 if uncle can consider 50% charge like so many other homestays do in Jaipur.Rest all too good and I recommend all to visit this lovely place.…

Mr Jain gave important information about the city, best part is home cooked food. My little son enjoyed the fountain situated in drawing room. Location is very good. I had a business venture in jaipur. I had to be there only 2 days. Asking here there, some one told me about Sanman Homestay. When i reached the place, it was beautiful. The owners werent around but the staff was very helpful. He showed me my room. It was big and very clean and comfortable. It was worth the amount paid. Later in the evening when the owners came back, Mr. And Mrs. Jain, they sat down and had a pleasant conversation with me while having dinner. I had the loveliest time. It felt as if i am on a vacation and not a business tour. To be honest, it just felt like home.

Narendra Uncle and Auntie, I must thank you for making me feel you don't really need to be related by blood to make someone your own :'-). In a nutshell, it was the most warm welcome I received, the most hearty meal I had after a 14 hour journey from Jaisalmer to Jaipur, the most peaceful one night sleep I had. The rooms are spacious, amenities are perfect and food cooked by auntie was the most lip-smacking fare I had in a long time! Don't miss at least one meal cooked and served with lots of love. A little thank you note to Jai Bhaiyya as well for greeting me with a gregarious smile each time I asked him for my small favours. The stay was short, but I would surely come back here and extend my stay. Many thanks for all the love and warmth.

We traveled around Rajasthan with a huge family group of 14 people(including a kid) and Jaipur was our first stop. We arranged the stay prior to our arrival by calling Mr. Narendra Jain, who gave us all the useful details very willingly and helpfully. He obliged any request happily and even arranged to fix up his master bedroom to accommodate 5 beds in one room. This huge 3-story home is very neat and clean with excellent facilities - well-equipped bathrooms, hot water geysers etc. We were welcomed with hot, fresh Rajasthani-style breakfast and chai on our arrival. They recommended transport companies as well as itinerary/restaurants in other places in Rajasthan, which was very helpful. The home-stay is located in a good locality, 15 mins from all the good tourist spots - City Palace, Johri Bazaar, Hawa Mahal, Jal Mahal etc. We could even walk to the rooftop restaurants just near/next to the place. It over-looked the Hathroi Fort which provides a beautiful view. We had a very comfortable stay, but since it was in the peak of winter the lack of room heaters(especially in the big master bedroom) was an issue for some members in the group. Just make sure you have your warm clothing - socks, sweaters and you should be fine, in any case they provided us with ample blankets and throws.…

Rooms are spacious and clean. The bathrooms are clean too. The food is simple and good. Jain Sir and Mam were very courteous and generous. Sir personally came to guide us since we were unable to locate the exact location. My father-in-law was a bit unwell and hence decided to stay in the room and not venture out. During that time, the family was extremely caring and courteous to him. The rooms are categorised according to the size/facilities. Dinner and breakfast have to be requested a little in advance to help them plan better. The bedsheets and towels were clean (absolutely reminds one of their home). The location is a big plus. Mr.Jai (caretaker and cook) made us comfortable with his service and his timely supply of tea/breakfast. I might have just found the right place for my next trip to Jaipur. Recommended without a doubt.…
