Property is well-kept, staff is friendly and professional, rooms are quiet with big clean bathrooms and very comfortable beds and pillows. Breakfast was an actual buffet. Dinner and drinks are a nice touch. This property is in walking distance of several restaurants, and within a 15 minute drive of UT, downtown, the capitol, and lots of great parks. This is now our go-to hotel in Austin.

We lost power in the Ice Storm and needed a hotel. It was close, had parking and welcomed dogs. From the very first phone, we knew it would be perfect. Delicious breakfast each morning and cocktails and snacks every evening. We stayed a week. Thank you to the wonderful staff for making a very difficult experience so much better.

The room and bed were decent. My husband, daughter, and I late and went to bed right away in order to get up to get to the airport for a very early flight. We got up at 4:30 to shower in order to be on time for our flight. We were looking forward to showering, however the knob that starts the shower would not work. We did not have time to wait for it to be fixed or to change to another room. We told the person at the front desk and he said they have problems with calcium deposits and that a maintenance person would look at it. We left for the airport feeling dirty and exhausted. Why does housekeeping not check these things when preparing a room!?

Friendly staff, the room was clean and adequate, location about 15-20 minutes from downtown, they provide a kick back at 5:30 pm which resembles a dinner for me which was great! I only wish they had changed the breakfast menu around. They had the same items every morning. I found the pillows were too soft and flat for me but otherwise the hotel met my needs.

This is my first time staying at a Drury hotel. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I felt very welcomed and all of the guests were friendly. I really enjoyed the breakfast, happy hour, checkin/checkout. I had an issue with my shower and the hotel manager provided me with excellent customer service to take care of the issue. I was comfortable and the grounds were quiet. I would definitely stay here again & recommend!

This was a new Drury to us. We are big Drury fans and this one did not disappoint. The room was clean and standard. Nothing exciting, but nothing bad at all. The food was plentiful and the staff were friendly at evening and morning times. What stood out was the front desk staff. Jack was extremely hospitable and not fake about it. His genuine spirit truly made the welcome stand out. We had a need shortly after arriving and he promptly took care of it without being inconvenienced. We left something behind and they quickly let us know and held it for us to swing by later in the day to pick it up. As much as I didn't want my kiddo to fall in love with UT, if I become a longhorn parent, I will be making this Drury my home away from home!!! (Oh...and the lady behind the desk with Jack...I didn't catch her name...was just as kind and happy....which made us feel right at home.) THANK YOU!

I really enjoyed my stay at Drury. The staff were all exceptionally nice and helpful, especially Wendy who helped me with extra requests. One thing that struck me about Wendy is that she seemed to sincerely love her work and wanted her guests to have a great stay. The hotel is older but well maintained. The room and bath were very clean, bedding was comfortable with crisp sheets, AC worked great, access was easy with multiple entrances, card key worked easily each time, hotel, was quiet, breakfast of sausage, eggs, bisquits, and potatoes was very good. Lots of Texas State Troppers were guests too, so that was a good sign to me that the hotel was nice and safe.

I chose this hotel for the location to Zollverein Park. The staff was amazing and the room was so very comfortable and clean. Hot water and pressure of water was perfect. I would definitely stay here again.

We went to Austin for the ACL music festival. We booked the Drury in July for the October event. There was an issue with traffic in that the exit location made it difficult to get to entry point. Otherwise the room was comfortable and breakfast was good. Quiet but being older the location of our room extremely far from the elevator wasn’t fun.
