Our room had open wiring hanging from ceiling where smoke detector should have been, peeling enamel in tub and rust stained, water damaged wall and ceiling with peeling, warped wall paper and mold near ceiling. The worst was pulling sheets back to find small blood stain on bottom sheet. The cafe was to open at 7:00 am jut at 7:15 we were still waiting. Marriott used to be dependable but this one proved not so.

It’s difficult to give a meaningful rating to a hotel where one arrives around 1am and then leaves at 7am the next morning! We reserved this last minute and had to call because the app had flipped over to the next day already. The front desk staff member who made the reservation for us also checked us in and waived the $10 parking fee due to our status with Marriott. I agree with others that a fee for parking here is a bit much. However, the overall rate for us was very affordable. We were very comfortable here for our stay of but a few hours and we were gone before breakfast or having a chance to sample any of the facilities here. These are road trip hotels for me to be honest and I would certainly stay here again. We may have been lucky but I didn’t find it as worn out as other reviewers have mentioned.

First of all, I am a Bonvoy platinum member and lifetime gold member. We try to stay at Bonvoy hotels while on the road. On this trip, we had our Yorkshire terrier and had to stay at a Bonvoy that excepted pets. This particular facility charged $75 a day Which we paid. When we checked into the room, however, we were shocked at how shabby the room was. The floor looked dirty, and the carpet was torn in numerous places. We took pictures of the numerous spots on the floor because we didn’t want our dog to get blamed for this. To be honest, we were reluctant to let our dog be on the floor and thought it was a bit hypocritical to charge a pet fee deposit for such a room. Also, this hotel charges $10 a night for parking. this is weird and that it is an open parking lot with no security, and clear access for anyone to be there. The hotel also advertised a bistro on the premises. When we checked in, we were advised that the bistro was not opened and we would have to wait until the next morning for breakfast. Should we desire to purchase it. In addition to the room condition, the overall floor condition that we stayed on was marginal. This hotel is long overdue for a makeover.

Room Tip: The only positive thing I can say is that there are numerous places to eat near the hotel.

Find another Hotel I would expect better from a Days Inn or Motel 6. This stay continues to get worse. I take ownership that I did not read the reviews of this location prior to booking. I took the assumption that it was a Marriott so there was a standard. We had a late checkin and found the front desk staff very polite, the room and equipment old and dated (can live with that). Next the TVs in the rooms don't work, we called the front desk and were advised that they were already aware, that the boxes had been removed from the rooms. (she wouldn't say why) This was frustrating, but it is to late to find a new Hotel... I thought but should have. Then we find that the Key card locks only work sometimes this is both locking and unlocking your room door. As for the exterior doors side and rear be sure you pull them closed behind you or they'll not (saftey issues). Further the amenities listed are not actually available, the "Starbucks" Kitched was closed for breakfast and appeared to have been closed for some time. BUT if you want a cup of black coffee... they'll have ZERO problems charging you the "Starbucks" Price

When you don't show that there is an additional $10 parking fee above and beyond the "total room and fees" until you have paid for the room, that is a bad business practice that counters the efforts of your reception and housekeeping staff to offer friendly, courteous service and a clean room. Other than that, the room was a good value and clean and comfortable. Just charge what you need to charge and stop with the absurd fee that fosters ill will.

Not what you would expect in a Marriot. First room had filthy carpet with a horrible stench and dirty bathtub. Moved to a second room that was just okay but still had stained carpet. Even the parking was questionable with lots of mud in the parking lot. Do yourself a favor and pass this one by.

This Courtyard was not up to Marriott standards. The first room they sent us to had not been cleaned from last occupants yet (checked in around 8:30 pm), so hubs had to go down and get a different one. Hallways very noticeably needed to be swept, but the room we ended up in was clean. The decor, fixtures, etc. were dated and the light over the shower was burned out, so you showered in pretty dark shadows. Overall, it was "OKAY" but NOT GOOD or up to snuff for typical Courtyards.

Major disappointment. Pet fee $75 for one night, paid $10 for parking, no breakfast available, outside entrances not working, beds horribly uncomfortable, toilet not functioning properly, maids knocked on door twice starting at 9 am, stains on carpet, ceramic sink cracked, ... Very overpriced. Stay somewhere else !!

A nice place to stay. Patrick welcomed us on Wednesday night during a high check-in time. He was cool, calm and collected and treated us like family. The remainder of our trip we continued to have a very attentive staff and the barista is wonderful. The hotel is a bit dated, but is supposedly scheduled for an update toward the first/second quarter of FY24.

Not representative of the Marriott brand, very disappointing. The gentleman who checked us in was lovely and engaging but the reasons that we typically book Courtyards for our family were non existent. No games in the common area, the bistro was closed, the room needed updating, no towels in the pool area.
