Without a doubt a good rest after having walked a lot in Cuzco, the bed was very large and had a heater in the room, very useful since it is cold in Puno during the nights. Cesar the receptionist is very gentle and indicates everything you need to know before going for a walk in the city. Highly recommended

Nice simple little hotel in the middle of the city. Great hot shower. Alberto will help you with anything you need. He has 30 more names. Ask him and tell him sascha sent you. Enjoy the city. Visit the floating islands and have some great boat trips

Our room was on the third floor. There are no lifts or hotels porters to help with luggage, also staircase narrow. It was very hard work to get luggage up to our rooms. Rooms was a good size, space to unpack and walk around. Room was warm, and a heater was provided. However the bathroom was tiny and shower useless, with no force/power and you could not get the right setting. The water was either cold or burning hot. Only 1 electric socket in the room. Bed comfortable with good pillows and nice duvet. Buffet breakfast, coffee terrible, the scrambled eggs have ham in them, so not suitable for vegetarians. Hotel is in a good vibrant area, lots of shops, restaurants and supermarkets, pharmacy ATM's nearby. Wifi works only in reception area,

Good hotel in a good location. Near to all local attractions. Wi fi only worked in reception. Breakfast was ok. Staff were great and friendly. No lift was hard work. At that height even walking up the stairs was difficult never mind with bags. Would stay again

A modern hotel fairly central, close to bars and restaurants. My bedroom was large with a table and shelves. Bed was comfy. The bathroom was fine but the shower was difficult because it was either freezing cold or burning hot. Actually got scalded at one point The WiFi was a good signal. The staff were helpful. Breakfast was miserable. The coffee was vile, scrambled eggs were sad, and the fruit was cut so small it became unpleasant to eat. Overall very average

Bright and airy reception. No lifts. Good size clean room comfortable bed, heavy blankets, tv with lots of Spanish chanels and good wifi when it was on half the time. Bathroom had bathroom no plug, shower boiling hot in morning difficult to set temperature either too hot or cold, only cold in evening. Typical Peru hotel breakfast. Great location for tourist area.

I was in Puno with my boyfriend and we wanted to stay in this hotel for 2 days. In the morning we went for breakfast but I forgot something upstairs so I went back to the room to get it. However, the door from our room was open while we closed it. We close our luggage and other bags at all times to be sure. The manager was in my bag and my wallet and money was out of my bag. I ignored it for a while and noticed he was throwing towels on my bag so that I wouldn’t notice... ofcourse I did and I confronted him. He still denied everything. We left that day for another hotel where I felt way better (Sol Plaza btw, can really recommend it).

We arrived after a terrible day of traveling and were disappointed. We were in the back of the hotel on the 4th floor. We really thought about searching another hotel but we were so tired that we decided to go to sleep. A good night sleep made us see things in a different way. Yes, the room was still small, the bathroom even smaller but the staff was very kind, breakfast was okay (besides the coffee). We did look for a better place, but there we no rooms available and was on a less location. Location is the best feature of the hotel and I think they offer different rooms, so that's probably why the reviews are so different.

Stayed for 1 night in this budget hotel in Puno. Room was basic and spacious. Decor can do with an upgrade. Room was cold and not easily heated, however there were enough blankets to compensate. WiFi connectivity was very poor and could only be accessed from the reception area. Breakfast was good enough. In terms of location, it was central, very close to the main square and restaurants in Puno. .
