The Entertainment staff work hard but a little over powering. That's the positives done with. Bathroom. Black mold around bath. Bath plug not supplied Toilet leaks when flushed. Bedroom Chamber maids great. Bed sheets not cleaned Mattresses. Sicking to describe Balcony chair Broken Restaurant Buffet. Never have I eaten chips abroad . It was because the food was slop . Most meals eaten out as unable to stomach. Sorry the tomatoes were nice. Drinks . I expected them to be slightly down-market . 5 shots to become a decent strength. Then a uncomfortable glare as you dare you ask for extra . Then when I purchased my own JD I was told it was permitted.. The private beach which you happen to share with 5 other beaches Camel rides horse rides . Jeweley sales . Fruit sales . Kid sales products Summary. I would not advise anyone to go to this 5 star resort . The Entertainment staff work very well. All other staff do if you Tip very well

We went to the beach bar, which was dirty, so we did not eat, just had a drink outside. We were told by the waiter and he was proud that they charged 7 dinar for tourist for a beer but only 5 dinar to locals. We were staying for 6 months, but we were not Tunisian so had to pay 7 dinar - stayed for long enough to finish drink and left. Will NEVER return!

We've took an all inclusive for 10 days with 03 kids, the hotel position is good (very close to the beach) the room was clean, and the pool was ok for the kids. But the restaurant and the service was terrible!!! the breakfast is very basic and not tasty as supposed to be for a 4 stars hotel, and each day we were oblige to stand in line for at least 45 min to get some eggs!!! We couldn't slept well due to the discotheque near the hotel, the mix of music starts at midnight till 4 am !

I stayed with three kids at this hotel. Animation team is great, pool activities are rich. It is obvious that this hotel is somewhat outdated and understaffed, but nevertheless is good worth for the money, location of the hotel is excellent, near the beach and entertaintment park. Staff is kind, however some of them speak poor English. It was noisy and crowded during the mealtimes (we literally stood in line for plates/water/tables/fruit etc...).I wouldn`t reccomend to couples or people who seek peace and quiet.

I paid fully for this hotel, when i arrived they asked me for 42dt tax , my baby was in need for a nappy change while i have addressed this to the receptionist when i handed the vouchers he wanted me to fill in a paperwork which is the same like the one at the airport containing irrelevant questions, however he said he cant give me room pass until everything is filled in, there was no one to help with luggage until we got in the lift he appeared, when we got to the room he remained with us like trying to get tip but we didn’t give anything as we were not happy Our baby stayed for three nights without a bed as they promised to sort and we ended up chasing every day Cleanliness is far from it, staff deceived me with a tap water when i paid for mineral water, even people at the hotel whom come from Algeria and locals were rude they chase their own way to the restaurant and leave nothing as they would take everything and leave most of it greed and selfishness and the have no manners as when we wait for the lift the run inside although we were their first and do not care about we have a pushchair if it was not for that we would use the stairs I do not recommend it from top manager to buttom worker absolute rubbish

Possition of hotel is very good, people are allways there to help with information but their knowledge of english is very bad. Rooms are very clean. Big problem is wifi and internet, you can only use it in loby of hotel. Food is super great, spicy and allways on time. Best thing of hotel is animation tim that allways get people to have fun..Dzo and Stef allways doing funny jokes over the pool..Beach is not clean and it doesnt look ready for the season

As soon as you arrive at this hotel, you are not given any information about anything going on or meal times. None of the staff speak English my daughter speaks Arabic so she would translate to the staff for me. I do feel really sorry for the workers in the resturant, and the cleaners, today one of the cleaners almost passed out in the toilet. My daughter went and got her some water and a fizzy coke to give her some sugar. They work long hours and the things they have to deal with is awful. It's not the staff who are bad here, I have to say it's the people. Last night I was the first at the door for the restaurant, men and woman pushed past me, ran and grabbed plates and tables. I have payed for 2 weeks all inclusive and I have to fight my way for a meal. I was so angry that I left the hotel and went to the marina and payed for a meal. The people who stay in this hotel have no manners, they run to the food like they haven't eaten for a week?? Fill there plates up and leave most of it. This hotel hasn't been a relaxing experience for me at all. The best thing about this hotel is the location and the swimming pools are nice for the children. There is a very loud nightclub at the right side of the hotel the music starts at 12am till 4am, I never got any sleep for the first 3 days and asked to be moved, which the lady at the hotel desk did. I feel like I wasted my money on the all inclusive, the drinks are awful, so we buy are drinks from outside the hotel also. I would not ever come back to this hotel ever again.

Booked an all exclusive holiday with on the beach to Tunisia. It was a real disappointment the hotel was very old , poor customer service, grey towels, very old beds and bed sheets , and the worse bit of all was meal time with very long queues and people fighting to get a plate !!! It was a nightmar.

The best thing about this hotel are the pools and slides. The animation team are great with the guests especially children and the night time entertainment is well organised and fun. There are plenty of pool activities during the day which keep everyone occupied and music throughout day and evening (until 11pm). Rooms are basic but clean. Close to lots of nice restaurants and shops.
