This hotel is located in Nof hagalil (Nazareth ilia). We stayed during Passover 2021 and the hotel was very clean and welcoming. It seems that the hotel was upgraded during COVID-19 or sometimes earlier because the rooms looked new. That was a big advantage. The pool was closed as it was too cold so we hop to come again during the summer.

We advise anyone who wants to stay at this hotel not to use Hotels.com to book their room. We were meeting family at the hotel. We booked our room first, and the others booked their room a week or so later. The web site only offered us the option of paying at the site. It also claimed to offer a price guarantee. During the course of our stay, we discovered that others in my family had booked identical rooms but pair literally hundreds of shekels less using Booking.com and Expedia.com. When I called Hotel.com to ask for a refund, I was told that I was not eligible for the price guarantee because I did not pay in advance (this was not an option offered by the web site when I booked), and even if I did, I would have had to ask for a refund before I checked in. This was dishonest, in my opinion. The hotel was otherwise so-so.

I stayed with a group at this hotel. Like most hotels in Israel, the common areas are very nice but when you get into the rooms, it's another story. First of all, the walls are very thin, you can hear all conversations! In the mornings I would hear my neighbors phone alarm going off as well as his wake up call, then I would receive mine! The shower walls were chipped and there was a bit of mold on the tub. There is no toiletries, they have a soap dispenser on the shower wall, that's it! We stayed two days, on the 2nd morning I noticed they didn't have any espresso, they tried to push me the regular coffee and ended up telling me there was no espresso due to a holiday. Then noticed that the toaster was missing...Strange. The only thing going for this hotel was my view which was nice, that's it. My room didn't have a safe others did. Not sure how much we paid since it was a group tour.

We spent 2 nights here. The best thing about this hotel was the food. You have a lot of choices. However, we had to eat fast as there were a lot of people waiting for a table. The lobby was ok, but not that clean. Personal was also just OK.

A spacious Hotel with all amenities inside. Choice of food is excellent and enchanting. Hotel staffs are good and responsive. No shops nearby except a small outlet. The location is super and if the rooms facing swimming pool you will have a marvelous view in the night time.

In my travel, in many countries, I have never seen such rude behaviour by the hotel staffs...Right from the bell boy to the reception staff, everyone is extremely rude...The restaurant staffs are rude...The chef is rude...Looks like the entire hotel staffs have taken training in “ how to be rude to customers “....Definitely not recommended by anyone to stay here...

The rooms are basic and beds are comfortable but everything is a bit old and worn out, like the rest of the hotel. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful unlike the restaurant where the staff were abrupt and unfriendly. The food is quite poor. Breakfast only served until 9am is a bit disappointing but there again, it’s not worth getting out of bed for.

Big hotel, try it only If You are in transit. Rooms are spatious, but not as clean as you may expect. Old wooden furniture , this location should be rated with 2,5 stars. A plus for the good food that is prepaired. Prices are very high too

We stayed here 3 nights. The rooms are ok, but is not luxury. It`s a maximum 3 stars hotel. The food is ok, you cand find something to eat there. We had breakfast and dinner there. The chief of the restaurant is a bit agressive (verbaly) if you dont sit where he puts you. Across the road you have a store.
