Had a lovely stay here. A bit of a hike up the steps to reach the apartment block but my wife and I didn’t mind. Nice little pool, comfortable room with all required amenities, and a nice sized balcony. Lovely sea view over Uvala Lapad Beach. 5-minute walk to the bus stop and then 10 mins or so on the bus into the old town. Nice strip of bars and restaurants a five minute walk away too. A number of beaches within walking distance (pebbly, of course, but still lovely). We only stayed here two nights but we really didn’t want to leave!

Lovely stay! On arrival greeted with complementary drinks from the owner which added a lovely personal touch. The room was clean, well presented and had a kettle and coffe ect… balcony view down to the sea front. The pool area was lovely and quiet with beautiful views down to the sea. As it was my partner’s birthday I asked if they could do something for this, the owner put some flowers, birthday banner and fizz into our room whilst out as a surprise for my boyfriend which was lovely! We forgot adapters and books, we asked the owner if she had any spare which she gave to us to borrow. Five/ten minute walk to the beach and the main bus stop where you can get the bus to Dubrovnik old city. Would Defos recommend and would return! Thank you for the brilliant stay

Highly recommend staying here! It was so nice and the lady at reception was so lovely and welcoming, it really made us feel comfortable. It was very very clean and the pool was spotless. It is just a few streets away from lots of restaurants and the sea is close by. The lady informs you on the nearest bus, shops, best areas and beach’s which was fantastic and so helpful. It was a nice and quiet place ideal for a couple wanting to get away on a romantic break. As for the area, it is in a prime spot with trendy bars, restaurants and beach bars! The sea is stunning here and I could swim in it all day. The old town is just a bus ride away or Uber/taxi with some of the most amazing restaurants and shops! I would highly recommend doing a 3 island boat trip because that was the highlight of our trip. However the apartment really made the trip as it was everything we had hoped for and more. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in Dubrovnik!! Thank you Villa Boro for a great stay, we will be back!!

Sitting on my balcony high up on the hill drinking morning coffee I can admire a panorama scenery of Lapad Bay. This was my main reason to book this elegant shining white villa with even a tiny pool for accomodation on my first visit to Dubrovnik, 20th to Croatia. Everything was kept tiptop clean, the room had a fridge, coffeemaker and the tap water was drinkable, actually excellent. There is a small Studenac market one street below, many swimming possibilities are nearby and the restaurant selection is satisfying. The bus no 6 will take you to Old Town in 10 minutes. If the steep stone stairs up the hill, like climbing to the 13th floor from street level are too much there is a winding road from the traffic circle.

Friendly host. Accommodation was lovely, clean with small but lovely pool. Would happily return. At the top of the hill so lots of steps from the town but well worth the walk for the views. Different size apartments, double rooms with bathroom or larger rooms with lounge and kitchen. All had small fridges, kettle and cups so coffee on the balcony in the mornings was nice

Couples summer holiday week away. The view from the villa is amazing, day and night of the mountains. The lady was very welcoming and helped us out with tickets and information throughout the week. The bathroom was the highlight for me and the whole place was cleaned daily. Location was just a walk from the restaurants and lapad beach and close to the bus station for travelling around the area. The pool was cold but this could be due to the time of the year. The kitchen could be better and the kitchen area wasn’t big so we only cooked once the whole week. The frying pan wasn’t clean and we lacked a cheese grater but was good for breakfast and lunch meals. The room was lovely, a lot of the tv channels didn’t work but we didn’t use it much and the pillow could have been comfier. A comfy sitting area inside and outside would have improved chill times for us as we would have somewhere to relax. The photos make the place look bigger than reality but on all the place was lovely!

Stated with friends last summer bit late writing this one sorry Rooms really clean . We were there in August and fridge stopped working 100 steps to nearest shop downhill or 10 euros in cab to town , no restaurants or shops nearby so no food or cold drinks for the 4 days we stayed did dampen trip . Pool is lovely and had it to ourselves most of the time. I think if you had room with kitchenette it would be fine we absolutely loved the place , just the location that wasn’t spot on for us

The shower is small. We were given a hand soap instead of shower gel, no shampoo of course! See picture. For a 90€/night... The towels were not changed. The duvet was so dirty: hair and yellow spots, see pictures. I couldn’t cover myself at night. The swimming pool was covered the whole time. I do not recommend this his villa even though the view is beautiful.

Stayed for 3 nights in July- was delighted to see the pool and area surrounding was clean. The apartment was clean and fresh towels were given every day. Its quiet and comfortable. The balcony had the most stunning view and had furniture and space to sit out and have your breakfast. Fridge and kettle in the room. Shower was very good. Had a nice stay 😊

We stayed for 6 nights booking the deluxe room and it was anything but. The shower room was tiny and you had to hold the shower head. The shower doors didn’t shut and you can see over the top of the shower doors. Not ideal but you can cope. Towels were rough and like cardboard, so no need to book any exfoliation treatments! The rooms were nice but it was shabby. So many things broken fridge door, oven door, sandwich toaster. All easily fixable but never done. Has satellite TV but only BBC need in English. WiFi was free but slow. The pool was amazing. Immaculately clean and warm and there was always a sunbed and brolly. Pool area was never overcrowded and very quiet. This property has a lot of steps so if you have any mobility issues or health conditions this is not for you. To get to the beach you have a further 300 steps to contend with.
