This is a well situated comfortable and modest hotel in Temuco. The room is nice but the bathrooms are extra small, both in terms of showering space and in terms of places to put things. Heating is good. Breakfast is OK but always the same, so if you're going to stay more than a couple of days you will tire of it. The people that are in charge are extremely helpful and nice.

This small and simple hotel is a great option to stay in Temuco. Located not too far from the downtown area, the hotel is in the end of a no traffic street (it has no exit). The area is safe and one can use the colectivos to get into town. The rooms are clean and comfortable (the acoustics could be improved). The staff is top notch: always willing to help. Breakfast is very simple, offering bread and some cold cuts. I would stay here again.

This is a small, clean, and well-run inn with a friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are small and basic but the beds are comfortable. It is well-located, on a cul-de-sac near the centre of Temuco and walking distance to a couple good restaurants, one of them Italian. Just one piece of advice: request a downstairs room in the summertime as the 2nd floor does not cool off well summer months; the upstairs rooms get quite hot and do not cool off well at night. Otherwise, it is good value for the cost.

Stayed in May 2014 and the place had just been remodeled: all beds and most furniture were brand new, which was excellent! The owner is very friendly and helpful: we stayed as a family, and she was always aware and attentive to our kids. The breakfast was very nice. There is a small kitchen that you can use to heat your food if you are having lunch or dinner there, which is where breakfast is served. The place is very conveniently located about 2 blocks from the Portal Temuco mall, which is a common stop for shopping in Temuco.

We stayed one night as a stopover on route to Puerto Montt. The room was excellent. The Hotel is very friendly to families travelling with kids (we werent the only ones with kids). Near by you have many restaurants, the city mall and city Casino are walking distance. We didnt went to the casino, but if you like to, the staff will babysit your kids - along with the kids of other guests - while you play. The breakfast wasnt the 'huge' traditional southern breakfast, but was fine. Checkout was very quick and hastle free.

Such a lovely alternative to a hotel! We booked from Canada and they sent a taxi to the airport to meet us. Our room was spotlessly clean with a large, very comfortable bed, with crisp, white linens. Walking distance to a nice cafe where we had dinner. We slept with the window open and heard nothing at night (quiet, residential street). The next morning we walked to the regional museum. We intended to go into the center to catch a bus to Valdivia, but the owner called the same taxi driver who took us to a small, local bus depot. On route, the driver also took us to a viewpoint where we could see the whole city & area. Before the bus left, the driver returned with my husband's camera, that he had left in the taxi. This is a very welcoming family run guest house with excellent service.

I stayed 3 nights during a work trip and felt like a part of the family from the minute I arrived. Owners and staff are all friendly and personable. The hostal has a "homie" atmosphere and the room was very comfortable with en-suite bathroom, warm cozy bed and a flatscreen tv. Breakfast is included which consists of bread, selection of jams / spreads, meat, cheese, yogurt, fruit, cereal, muffins, coffee, tea and juice. The location was also close to the mall, restaurants and convenience stores...this was nice since I did not have a car. I recommend to anyone visiting Temuco!
